South Chatham Cottage al final de la calle tranquila. Caminar media milla a Pleasant Street Beach-Nantucket Sound. The property was very nice and clean and included everything we needed. The location was very close to Chatham and communication with the property managers was easy and helpful. I would definitely save this to stay again in the future!

Lovely, quaint cottage home ... well equipped and perfect for a relaxed getaway for two! My husband and I stayed here for a wedding weekend we were attending in Chatham. It's a bit of a drive to Chatham Lighthouse (15 mins), but the area has a warm neighborhood feel and the home is well-appointed. Hosts were very communicative and kind.

Loved this place. Old-fashioned (in a good way) and close to a beach that almost always had ample parking and very few people. Great location! Responsive, nice hosts.

Great Family Vacation

This was one of the best houses we have rented! Location was perfect and the house was extremely clean and very comfortable. Loved the sun room and deck. Very nice yard and neighborhood.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time with my wife and young son. Close to all activities one could desire on the Cape. Hosts were amazing! Had an issue with the dryer and AJ was there the next day with a brand new unit! Top notch all the way around!

Peaceful and relaxing stay in charming cottage

This charming cottage was exactly as presented in the listing. It's located on a very quiet street but is convenient for accessing many places on the Cape. The living/dining area's knotty pine gave the cottage a very "homey", relaxing feel. The hosts were great about communicating some updates during our stay and were very responsive when we had a couple of questions. I would definitely stay in this property again if given the opportunity.

A fishing getaway

Booked a week in this house to do some serious fishing ahead of the June new moon. If you're in to fishing, this is a great spot with access to some good south and east side beaches. It''s also close enough to the CC bay that you drive across to fish that body of water as well. The house was perfect for me.

Nice cottage, good location, nice close local beaches

Forgot to bring towels, but Ben Franklin store had some. Nice kitchen, fully stocked with all we needed. Nice deck to sit on, enjoyed sunsets there. Comfortable place to stay. Bought tub mat for safety in showering, took home.

The house was perfect for a girls trip. Stocked with more than we expected in supplies. The owners were very helpful with recommendations. Good location to explore cape cod up and down.

Family weekend getaway

What a special property! We loved the location of the house- we walked our two year old daughter through all of the neighborhoods along the water. My in laws visited during the day, it’s the perfect “hang out” house. One complaint- there were some stains on the comforter in the queen bedroom, but everything else was so clean. Would definitely go back!!!!

Wonderful and clean home. Excellent hosts.

I rented this home to attend a family wedding in Chatham. I stayed in the home with my spouse and my two adult children so the three bedroom cottage was perfect for our family. We found a home to be welcoming, quaint, clean, and the hosts were very communicative and kept me updated and answered all of my questions. Having only one bathroom, does make this home less appealing to a larger family. In my opinion however, there is an outdoor shower. Unfortunately, the weather did not allow us to utilize the outdoor shower and we manage just fine for the weekend. I would recommend renting this home to anyone who is visiting the area for a weekend or even a week or two. Our stay was very pleasant because of this property. I read a previous review where someone recommended that perhaps the cottage could use new mattresses and I would agree with that but the home was comfortable and well stocked with anything we might have forgotten.

Visiting and staying on the Cape is always a terrific experience. I was there for two weeks, with my family joining me for week two. Of all of the years renting a cottage on the camp, and its been many years, this property was the least appealing. With no air-conditioning, the owners could update their property by putting appropriate blinders on ALL of the windows. Importantly, the living room picture window is huge, faces the afternoon sun and has NO way of blocking it out. Installing blinds, minimally, would go a long way to keeping the temperature down. In addition, it was unbearably hot in the second floor, making it uninhabitable during our stay. While there were fans everywhere, the fans were completely FILTHY!! Running them, risked sending dirt and dust in the direction of those seeking to cool-off. Another concern was the location and access to the washer/dryer. You have to go outside and lift up "storm shelter" doors on the ground to access the laundry room. The steps downward are simply "open cinder blocks" - extremely dangerous. I almost slipped and fell, which would have required a trip to the hospital, had I not caught myself. Finally, while most cottages have old or used furniture in the living room, this cottage's furniture needs a thorough cleaning, especially the sofa and love seat!! We will not return here again.

Wonderful place!! All the amenities we could have wanted. Large patio and back yard. Although just the two of us, would be great for a family of 4 or more. We come to the cape every year and will be back! Also a nice quiet well kept neighborhood.
