Nice unit. Needs some work on 2nd AC unit. Did not cool back 2 bedrooms. Locks on sliding doors need replaced. Great layout with all needed amenties.Overall stay was great. Wall decor was new and had fresh paint. Appliances were new and fabulous. Beds were comfy. However, living room furniture is dated and worn and could use a facelift.

False advertising
This is not a beachfront resort like what it makes you believe from the pictures, you have to cross a fairly busy street. There was milold brewing in the ceiling of the master bathroom, they said that they took care of it, which means to me they just covered it up with some paint. The master bathroom toliet started leaking, yes they did get fixed the same day. But they didn't put new caulk around the base of the toliet. There was mold in each of the shower/bathtub areas, a security device kept malfunctioning allowing pretty much open access to your suite from the roof top area. Half of the pool area was closed for 3 days for cleaning in which a total of 10 hours worth of work was completed. The pool was closed without warning on Friday afternoon by the HOA for a private party. If i would of known that there was an HOA on site then i would not have booked here. The staff of the Orgin was rude, very unhelpful and just of poor quality. One of the staff members while on duty was quite possibly smoking pot.
