Our SmartHome has a Downstairs with 2 living rooms and a full bathroom. No Bedrooms Downstairs.

TV in every room. Please Roku remote

Upstairs Master Bedroom with a cloud feeling California King Sized bed with wireless charging and USB charging at bedside with a beautiful balcony view and Full Bathroom. 2nd Bedroom with two Twin Beds with available charging dock. 3rd Bedroom with a restful, dream filling King Bed and available charging at bedside. 2nd and 3rd bedroom share Full Bathroom at the end of the hall.

BBQ Grille: both gas (included) and charcoal (not included) available.

Whole house is a smart home. Each bedroom and main living room has dimmable lights

Upstairs with mounted iPad to control temperate, control lights, access door lock remotely and front door camera/doorbell.

Our Home comes equipped with just about everything you need to cook right at home and not need to go out to eat. Plates, cups, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, oven, BBQ outside, scale, blender etc. nearly all your cooking needs can be found in our kitchen!

OTHER NOTES:

-Washer and Dryer available with Detergents.

-No Covered or Garage Parking currently available.

-Pets allowed downstairs only.
