Welcome to the former village school from 1900. The entire building has been extensively renovated, while maintaining its charm. Take a vacation where the village teacher used to live. The apartment offers cozy accommodation for up to 4 people with its own terrace and private parking behind the house. Kall Golbach is in close proximity to the core town of Kall, where the train station and all necessary shops are located. Nature and Natianlapark Eifel (8 KM) are at the door.

The apartment is furnished with a high quality mix of old and new. We have placed special emphasis on comfort. A piece of history can be lived here in the former teacher's apartment from 1900.

Höhen und Tiefen...

Das Haus ist alt und prima isoliert, es blieb in der Sommerhitze drinnen trotzdem schön kühl. Die Wohnung (Appartement 2) ist nett und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ärgerlich war die Parksituation, weil die Straße neu gemacht wird, ebenso die verdorrten Pflanzen in der Wohnung und vor dem Haus - das Gießen sollte eigentlich Aufgabe des Vermieters sein.

Es waren einige Sachen nicht OK. Ein fester Defekt, Bauarbeiten vor den Haus. Wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Check in musste man sich selbst kümmern. Wohnung war im 16 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Beim dartspiel war nur 1 Pfeil. Fußablage von Sessel war defekt. Küche war verbaut.

Noch gemütlicher als zu Hause!

„Alte Schule 2“ ist eine absolut tolle Ferienwohnung! Sie ist sehr gemütlich und gleichzeitig modern eingerichtet. In der Küche gab es viele Dinge, die ich noch in keiner anderen Ferienwohnung gefunden habe, zum Beispiel Gummihandschuhe und Gewürze. Für das bequeme Sofa im Wohnzimmer hätte ich gar nicht meine eigene Kuschellesedecke mitbringen müssen, es gab nämlich eine, und auch viele Kissen. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und das Bett im von der Küche abgehenden Schlafzimmer sehr bequem. Über das Bett im anderen Schlafzimmer kann ich nichts sagen, da ich es nur als Kleiderablage benutzt habe. Alles in allem: Eine superschöne Ferienwohnung!
