Welcome to paradise! This condo at the Grand Caribbean is the perfect way to experience beachfront living on the shores of beautiful Perdido Key. Perfect for a family getaway, this ground-floor retreat is situated just an easy stroll to Johnson Beach National Seashore State Park. The private patio offers direct and easy access to the complex pool and hot tub, and there is also a grilling area with picnic tables. The washer/dryer is a great amenity, and additional home essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi. Plan at-home meals with ease in the updated full kitchen and unwind in the living room after the day's adventures with shows and movies on the smart TV.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect spot for family. Easy walk to beach, clean pool, and perfect room for family of 5. Very affordable for location! I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away for a few days.

GREAT location

2 minute walk to the beach could not be beat. The condo itself is great, with plenty of space and very clean. One or two restaurants within walking distance, more with a short drive. I would absolutely stay here again.

Nice stay. Condo needs updates and repairs, but the location was good. It is very peaceful. *Public beach access - Not private - but very easy walk down private path and across small access road.

Perfect stay!

The property was just right for our family of four, was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being in walking distance to the beach and a short drive to shops, restaurants, etc. We loved every minute!

I loved easy access to the beach. The pools was literally steps outside of the condo making it easy to return inside for lunch and personal needs. We loved our little bungalow getaway and look forward to returning soon.

Almost perfect

This is a GREAT place to stay. 2 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to a restaurant or two (and 10 min driving to many others). Condo itself was clean, comfortable, and a great deal price wise. However...the wifi did not, and would not, work, and I could not figure out either TV. I didn't NEED those things, but it would have been nice to have them functioning.

Great Location, great place to stay

The unit was clean and the pool was great. Easy check in and fantastic communication. A short walk to the beach. Also walking distance to restaurants and places to souvenir shop. You will need your own beach and pool gear. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware. You may need basics like salt, pepper, seasonings, oil, storage bags/containers, toilet paper and extra garbage bags (we were given a couple). Overall a great place and I highly recommend.

Needs some improvement

This condo is ok- but it needs some small improvements to make it better. Floors were pretty dirty when we arrived-but that’s on their cleaning staff. Kitchen sink had a slow leak when we arrived- I notified Vacasa. They were slow to respond. It could use a few things to make it better- new rug outside the pool door, a small nonstick pan and rubber spatula, for making eggs. No spices were provided at all- I left a salt/pepper there. Tub drain was verrrrry slow. Hooks on back of doors would be nice to hang towels etc. Coffee table leg is loose. No local channels avail -to watch the weather reports. Some easy fixes- would make this unit much better.

Ocean not visible from the room, but the beach was only a couple minute walk away. Could hear the waves from the patio. Pool was steps outside the door. It was clean and enjoyable! Spacious enough for everyone and would 10/10 stay again!
