Great experience! Location is perfect for walking downtown and enjoying Dunedin. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen utensils, spices, even coffee. Plenty of towels, bed was comfortable and the A/C blew nice and cold. Host were very helpful and very easy to communicate with. Nothing but great things to say.

Beautiful cottage. In a great location

Well appointed cute cottage exactly as pictured. Location in walking distance to all things in downtown Dunedin. The cottage has everything you need. The host Jennifer was very accommodating and responsive. We highly recommend for a great visit.

The cottage has everything we needed. The location was great! We could walk everywhere for shops and restaurants which were very dog friendly. We loved the Pinellas trail.

We recently stayed at the Cook cottage for our first trip to Dunedin. The location was as convenient as it could be for walking downtown and enjoying all the restaraunts, breweries and shopping activities. The cottage itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a convenient week's vacation. We especially loved the private back porch and backyard. The hostess and her husband were available to answer all our questions quickly and were extremely pleasant! My husband and I will definitely return on our next trip to Dunedin!

This was one of my favorite VRBOs! Clean, well stocked kitchen, and the perfect location. Easy communication and quick response time. It couldn’t have been better. I can’t wait to go back!!

Adorable cottage in a great location.

Walkable to everything, but the golf cart was an extra nice amenity too! We really enjoyed our stay here and Jennifer was a thoughtful and attentive host.

Location, location, location! This sweet cottage is just steps from downtown Dunedin and the Pinellas Trail. We had everything we needed to make a few meals, rest and relax when we weren’t out and about checking out the local restaurants and shops, or walking through the nearby quant neighborhood and along the beautiful waterfront, just a few blocks away. Our host, Jennifer was wonderful to work with, very welcoming!

Absolutely loved the cottage-very cute-loved the back porch. Private yard. great location-we were able to walk everywhere. Loved Dunedin too! We will definitely stay here again!

Highly recommended!

This cozy cottage was everything we hoped for and more. It was charming, quiet and extremely comfortable, close to all activities in Dunedin - the Pinellas trail, good restaurants, shops and more. We would definitely love to stay again the next time we visit.
