Third-floor studio in the exclusive Beso Del Sol resort with spectacular views of St. Joseph's Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. Within walking distance of picturesque downtown Dunedin, with easy access to Honeymoon and Caladesi islands, and St. Andrews Links Golf Course. Elevator accessible, on-site laundry mat, nearby gym and ample free parking. Waterfront pool with heated jacuzzi. Guests can fish off the resort pier and dock their boats at the resort at a nominal fee. There is an on-site restaurant-tiki bar "Marker 8 Grill".

Excellent cozy spot overlooking the water. Drinks and sandwiches at Marker 8 were convenient. Check-in was easy and the apt was well furnished, equipped, and clean.

Totally enjoyed our stay here at the end of October. The room was clean, bed was very comfortable and the balcony overlooking the ocean was tremendous. We enjoyed it both morning and evening. We saw fish jumping and dolphins close to the dock. The location was perfect for visiting our favorite honeymoon beach, and the restaurants in Dunedin. We had to contact the owner about a very minor problem we were having and she responded within minutes and sent someone to help right away. We hope to come back and will recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Peaceful stay

I traveled alone. The room was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable. I did not rent a car. There is a restaurant downstairs. Beautiful view. I walked to town and had no issue, felt safe. The only reason I gave it a 4 star, the room had a musty smell but was very clean.

Cozy condo with an amazing view

Great spot in the quaint town of Dunedin. With great beaches in either direction 10 to 20 minutes away. Inter coastal waterway in front with distant views of Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon beach and Caledisi island.Beautiful sunsets!

Waterfront Gem!

Great location! Walking distance to Dunedin. Great bar downstairs with super food, live music and beautiful sunsets. The condo was very clean and well supplied!

Wonderful owner, great location, very cute!

We were displaced due to Hurricane Helene, which flooded our home not far from this adorable condo. Tanya was extremely flexible given our situation and kept us posted on the status of the condo and its accessibility given the storms. Although the amenities were not available due to damage from Helene, we were just grateful for the clean, safe place to be. Under normal circumstances, with the amenities open, this place would be so fun for you, with a beautiful view of the amazing sunsets. We frequent this resort regularly and love the people, pools, food and beverage. Don't hesitate to give this a try!

More than expected

Our host made our arrival easy as pie. Much appreciated after a long day of traveling. Unexpectedly, while getting ready to go to bed, my husband had a seizure and had to be hospitalized for 3 nights. I was so grateful for such a nice, safe place to come to when I could get away from the hospital for a few minutes. Tanya was so kind and concerned along with Donna who works there. I will return!

I loved the property. The room was very nice. It had a full fridge and kitchenette. There were many welcoming things. The deck, pool and hot tub were great. Couldn't beat the view. Easy to get lots of places by walking, Jolly Trolley and Uber. Near great shopping, food and art. Price very competitive. Helpful staff. Even though my unit is individually owned, resort staff and all amenities available. I will definitely stay there again.
