I think you will enjoy this mid century home and the recently remodeled living space. The house is quietly located on a cul-de-sac, with a large fully fenced large backyard and patio with dining table, hammock, swings, slides and fort for children as well as a large vegetable and flower garden. Brand new spacious kitchen opens to a dining and living room with fireplace. Decor is eclectic with emphasis on rich colors and ethnic patterns, textures and artwork. In 10 minutes, you can drive to either the I5 and 205 freeways; downtown Portland is 20 minutes away. Wintler park is 5 minutes from the house, where you can walk for miles on a paved path or along the Columbia River beach. I love the peace and quiet of the property as well as the open living space.
