Just a quick 15 minute drive from PDX, this home is tucked away in a neighborhood hidden from the noise of HWY 14.
Nearby the Columbia Crossing Shopping Center home to many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and coffee spots.
For those seeking adventure, Lacamas Regional Area is a quick 10 minute drive full of wildlife and 7 miles of hiking trails surrounding the lake.

Main level access only, as there are other tenants in the basement level of the home. You will have your own separate parking lot, front door entrance, with shared back yard space.

The front entrance takes you to a private back patio with its own table and chairs in an under-cover space.

For those concerned about security, you will be happy to know there are exterior cameras surrounding the property. These cameras (video footage of the basement level entrance, patio, parking lot, etc) to ensure the security of the guests and the home, these are accessible to guests via the TV in the living room. Instructions are provided in the house manual.

Continuing on the theme of ensuring safety and the discreetness of guests in this home, each bedroom closet contains a safe to keep your belongings during your stay. Your personal items that you carry with you are of the utmost importance to us. Directions for usage of these are found in the House Manual. We expect guests will be responsible to take everything they came with as we are not liable for items left in the safes.
