The house ideally accommodates one to six guests. The two bedrooms on the main floor have closable doors while the third bedroom in the loft remains open to the dining room. The loft has its own heating and cooling system to maintain an ideal temperature for any guest.

The house sits on a 6,750 square foot lot with a fully manicured backyard that is perfect for gathering amongst friends and family. Feel free to take a nap in the hammock, make smores over the fire pit, or enjoy a nice cocktail in the 90 jet hot tub with waterfall.

The kitchen boasts Calaphalon cookware with a mix of Crate and Barrel & Threshold dining ware. The kitchen is stocked with more than your average VRBO cooking basics with 4 cooking oils on stock, 28 herbs & spices, and a majority of the essentials you would find in the comfort of your own home. If cooking outside is more of your preference, you will be happy to find the 3 burner Weber grill off the dining room.

The ground floor bedrooms are equipped with an AppleTV and fan. The house has active subscriptions to Direct TV, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, HBO Max, & Paramount + that is available in the two bedrooms and the living room. The primary bedroom has an electric fireplace that can be enjoyed with heat on a cold winter night or with no heat for a romantic summer evening. The bedroom next to the living room has a standing desk with a plug and play set up for guests who need to work during their stay.

While no smoking is allowed inside the house, guests are more than welcome to smoke in the exterior sections of the home.
