Old single-family house "Gemma", from the 19th century. In the hamlet Pieve, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the lake. Private: property with trees. Stepped path (38 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop 550 m, shingle beach 400 m. Cycle lane 500 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Garda 17 km, Idro 26 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Ledro in Molina, 6 km.
7-room house 200 m2 on 3 levels. Rustic and antique furnishings: large living/dining room with 1 sleeping facility (length 180 cm), TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 small rooms, each room with 1 bed. 3 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 2 showers/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/WC. Heating (extra). Nice view and a lot of space

Best place on lake Ledro. The house has everything you need and is perfect for a big family. The beach and the supermarket is close and there are two delicious pizzerias around. Only negativ aspect: it is very poorly soundproofed. We will book it again.

Belle maison dans un magnifique emplacement / gestion du lieu à améliorer

La maison est superbe, bien rénovée et entretenue. Elle est conforme à la description. Le cadre environnant est incroyable avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes. Par contre, la gestion du lieu est à améliorer : température de 14 degrés dans la maison à notre arrivée, pas d'eau chaude, frigo éteint et obligation de payer en cash les options prises à l'agence locale. Nous ne conseillons pas d'y aller en hiver, au vu de l'isolation de la maison.

Ein schönes Haus für eine Großfamilie

Wir waren mit zehn Erwachsenen, drei Babies und fünf Kleinkindern im Haus. Der Wohn und Essbereich ist großzügig. Die Küche könnte etwas moderner ausgestattet sein. Die Terasse bietet zwei Hollywoodschaukeln und genügend Stühle und Tische. Die Lage ist besonders schön, da es dass höchste Haus im Dorf ist und Direktblick auf den See und ins Ledeotal hat. Wir werden es weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus, mit ausreichend Platz in allen Zimmern. Sehr schöne Bäder und einen grossen Aufenthaltsraum.Eine schöne Terrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf den See. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in det Villa Gemma.

Es war ein rustikales Haus, mit 3 modernen Badezimmern. Die Küche war zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hauses war toll - der See war stets im Blick. Ein Supermarkt war fußläufig (ca. 400m entfernt), Parkplatz vor dem Haus war ausreichend vorhanden.

Tolle Aussicht in rustikalen Haus

Wir waren zu zehnt 1 Woche in der Villa Gemma, die man aufgrund seiner Lage schon von weitem gesehen hat. Ein Blick auf den See war garantiert. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Das Haus knarzt aufgrund seines Alters sehr und das meiste Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter, aber Wohnzimmer und Bäder sind neu und modern. Der Supermarkt ist ca 300m entfernt. Wir hatten 7 schöne Tage, und haben auch die Hollywood-Schaukeln und Liegestütze genutzt. Riva der Garda ist ca 20min mit dem Auto entfernt, aber auch rund um den Lago de Ledro gibt es einiges zu entdecken.

Ein altes Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Altes Haus über 3 Geschosse mit alten Möbeln und neuen modernen Bädern. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Induktionsherd, Kühlgefriereinheit, Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Microwelle in Kombination mit alten Möbeln und Spülstein. Es ist genug Geschirr und Töpfe vorhanden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Aussicht auf den See ist genial. Der fussläufige Weg zum See ist nicht weit. Wir haben diese Woche in diesem Haus sehr genossen.
