Through a beautiful wrought-iron electric gate you reach the spacious, inviting front plot of the Budjerhof.
In the thatched outbuilding, you now have the option of storing two cars dry and safe.

From there you can reach the main house and your living area via a hallway:

A 60 m2 living room with beautiful old exposed beams and an open gallery form the heart of this former farmhouse from 1870.
A rustic fireplace that is reminiscent of a campfire can be enjoyed from any place in the living area and the integrated kitchen due to its rotatability.
The kitchen is of high quality, among other things, equipped with a Siemens induction cooker with an integrated extractor. A directly adjacent dining area with bar stools is the link to the living area and will give you and your family wonderful, communicative cooking experiences.
In addition, a large dining table with a cozy leather bench and very comfortable chairs offers space for 6 -8 people. From here you can have a wonderful view of the front garden and watch the beautiful morning sun rise over the fields.
Two large cozy sofa corners allow all guests to linger comfortably in front of the fireplace or experience a wonderful movie night with the large LED TV.
It borders a bedroom with an adjoining high-quality bathroom with rain shower and infrared heating. A separate guest room has a high quality very comfortable sofa bed
 equipped for 2 people.
From both rooms you have a wonderful view of the large garden, which merges into the surrounding fields.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the gallery and the separate 30 m2 studio, which has a comfortable double bed with a small seating area and a secretary, as well as another LED TV. The windows are to be darkened with blinds. Due to its secluded location, the thatched house is absolutely quiet.
Another high-quality bathroom with shower can be reached via the hallway in the entrance area.

Through the large panoramic sliding door you get from the won area directly to the south terrace and from there you have a first view of the large, wonderful garden.
The entire property covers 5000 m2.
The top highlight for perfect wellness pleasure is the high-quality rectangular whirlpool for 6 people in the middle of the garden as well as the charming sauna house complete this unique relaxation idyll perfectly.
The wonderful old fruit tree population with quinces, pears, apples, cherries and walnuts creates a wonderful sea of flowers in spring. In summer you can relax in the shade of the trees in the hammocks and there is always a wonderful place to dream on the many small seating areas, loungers or in the beach chair.
In the golden autumn you can expect a very impressive new color splendor due to the beautiful different trees. And in winter you can, with a little luck, enjoy the beautiful white snow landscape from the whirlpool's 36 degrees warm water or at 90 degrees from the sauna house.
As a nature lover, you will always get your money's worth here.

The 60 m2 south-facing terrace with its adjoining herb garden and small pond is equipped with a large dining table and matching parasol. A new, high-quality grill is available for you to enjoy together with you.
