Swiss pine chalet Klippitz

The Zirbenchalet Klippitz, newly built in 2019, is located at about 1,600 m above sea level in the Klippitztörl skiing and hiking area (approx. 700 m to the lift)!
The chalet currently offers 3 natural, metal-free double beds (180x200 cm) made of air-dried stone pine for 6 adults, from 1/2020 another double stone bed (160x200 cm) and a children's bed 70x160 cm. A travel cot can be provided on request. There is also a modern Dan kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle
On the ground floor there is the open, modern living / dining area with a fireplace with storage function for long-lasting, cozy warmth and a large Smart TV. In addition, there is a spacious bedroom on the ground floor with natural latex mattresses and the 70x160 cot in its own room niche.
There is also a spacious bathroom on the ground floor with an original stone pine sauna with combi heater. This enables both the classic Finnish sauna and a cozy warm air bath with herbal essences according to your wishes! The sauna is also equipped with a colored light lamp.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and another bathroom. Another room is currently still available and will be supplemented by another double bed in the future!
All bathrooms are equipped with floor-level showers or walk-in showers!
The available living space is approx. 110 m2 with a plot area of 600 m2.
