Höck Apartments, Austria
A warm greeting in the Höck holiday apartment in Itter!Our house with garden is located directly on the bike path and only 500 m from the village center. In summer our house is the ideal starting point for many hikes and bike tours in the region around Itter. The swimming pool, a tennis court and the knight's playground are also nearby. In winter, with good snow conditions, you can reach the ski world and the cross-country ski trail on foot.

Tolle Ferienwohnung!
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, top sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet, nette, unkomplizierte Vermieter! Wohnung entspricht gut der Beschreibung, ist eher noch ein bisschen besser. Dass das Bad nicht mehr taufrisch ist, wird schon in der Beschreibung gesagt und so ist es auch; dafür ist es sauber. Direkt am Radwanderweg gelegen, von dem man in alle Richtungen gut wegkommt. Wir haben unsere E-Bikes sehr gut genutzt, die Beschilderung der Radwege ist bis auf wenige Ausnahmen top, die Radwege überwiegend über Nebenstraßen mit so gut wie keinem Autoverkehr. Klasse war, dass wir unsere E-Bikes in der Garage unterstellen und laden konnten. Wir kommen wieder!

Herrliche Lage und freundliche Vermieter
Wir haben ein paar Tage in der FW verbracht. Sie ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wandern an der Hohen Salve, E-Bike-Touren bis Scheffau und Ellmau oder über Wörgl nach Rattenberg.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Raumhöhe für Riesen etwas niedrig.
An Wohn- und Schlafzimmer gibt es nichts auszusetzen.
Für den Besuch das Gartens muss man halt außenrum gehen, aber man kann sich dort hervorragend entspannen.
Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert. Wir durften ohne weiteres unsere E-Bikes in der Garage abstellen. Und wertvolle Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend gibt noch obendrauf.
Vielen Dank für einen entspannenden Kurzurlaub.

Toller Urlaub
Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern sehr herzlich begrüßt und haben uns schon fast wie ein Teil der Familie gefühlt!
Schlafzimmer neu und toll gemacht, bequemes Federbett (nicht zu weich) mit Besucherritze. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.
Alles super sauber, jederzeit neue Handtücher und wirklich super Kontakt zu den Gastgebern.
Itter ist sehr familienfreundlich mit kleinem Freibad, R_Itterspielplatz uvw.
Bauernhof mit frischer Milch, Bergkäse etc. nur 20m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt (super!!).
Kleiner, wunderschöner Garten gehört dazu, liebevoll gepflegt.
Einziger Wehrmutstropfen: Das Haus liegt an der Straße und es gibt Durchgangsverkehr.
Aber man kann direkt von der Ferienwohnung zu verschiedenen Wanderungen aufbrechen.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden und fanden auch das Preisleistungsverhältnis super!
PS: Wir haben uns in der "Kelchsau" am wohlsten gefühlt, das ist ein wunderschönes Tal zwei Orte weiter. Hinter der Mautstelle kann man in den langen Grund (wunderschöne Regenfeldrunde) oder in den kurzen Grund (Aufstieg zu den Almseen - ebenfalls sehr schön) fahren. Das ist Ruhe und Genuss pur mit Badespaß und tollen Aussichten.
