Welcome to our Fageralm alpine village. Chalet holidays at the highest level. Sustainable, environmentally friendly and future-oriented. Under the slogan "Innovation meets tradition", 27 luxurious chalets are currently being built on a sunny hillside.

Sustainable and environmentally friendly construction has top priority when building our chalets. We are particularly proud of the use of the latest photovoltaic technology. After completion, our chalet village will generate more energy than it consumes - even in winter. It is particularly important to us to make a significant contribution to environmental protection and to preserve this wonderful nature for future generations. This type of construction of holiday properties is unique in sustainable tourism and there are currently no comparable projects.

Each of the 27 chalets has 147 square meters of living space on two levels. On the ground floor there is the living area with dining area and kitchen, a large wellness bathroom, two separate toilets as well as the cloakroom and the ski room.
The spacious and cozy living area forms the heart of the cozy chalets. This is where you meet, where people cook together, where the hearty hut evenings are spent. A cozy couch offers space to make yourself comfortable. If necessary, two additional guests can sleep on the couch. A flat screen TV is available for entertainment.
The modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired even for professional chefs. In addition to a ceramic hob, there is an oven, a fridge and freezer as well as all kinds of electrical appliances. The large dining table offers enough space for all guests. From the living area you can access the furnished terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains.
After an eventful day of vacation, guests will find the necessary relaxation in the wellness bathroom. The sauna also offers a great view of the Austrian mountains. A wellness shower and a large corner bath are also available.
The bedrooms are upstairs. These are divided into three cozy double rooms and a four-bed room with a loft bed and a double bed. The double beds are very high quality box spring beds, which guarantee a restful sleep. Two of the double rooms have access to the sunny balcony with a magnificent view. Upstairs there are also two bathrooms with a shower and vanity and a separate toilet. A pet is welcome to travel with you. The car is parked in the parking lot of the chalet villages. The transport to the chalets is done by self-driving and environmentally friendly electric vehicles.

The chalet village has a cozy restaurant that pampers guests with regional specialties. Reservations can be made conveniently via the chalet village's communication system. Of course, the dishes can also be picked up.

A swimming pond is also part of the chalet village and is available to all guests. There is a cooling off on hot summer days.

In summer and winter there is a lot to discover around the Almdorf Auszeit Fageralm. Both active vacationers and those looking for relaxation will find a wide range of leisure activities. It is only 10 kilometers to the world ski resort of Schladming. The Mozart city of Salzburg is only about 50 kilometers away. In winter the ski bus stops directly at the parking lot of the chalet village.
