Kona Pacific A-206 is an incredible option for your Hawaii Vacation! Enjoy the Kona breezes from your lanai at this fantastic condo in Kailua-Kona. You’ll be treated to ocean views from your outdoor dining space, shared access to a community swimming pool and gas grill.

This wonderfully spacious condo has 829 interior square feet & an additional 200 square feet lanai! The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer in the unit and window AC in both the living area and the bedroom if needed. The primary bedroom has a King Sized bed, TV and an en-suite full bathroom. The living room has easy access the lanai and contains a full-size sofa sleeper and access to a full bathroom as well! 2 bathrooms in a 1 bedroom is incredibly rare, but an amazing feature!

Kona Pacific is located on the South edge of downtown Kailua Kona, just off of Ali'i Drive and an easy walk to Honl’s Beach. Conveniently located within walking distance to most downtown attractions, shopping, dining and the ocean, while still being quiet & peaceful to make your stay enjoyable. Kona Pacific offers a pool and barbecue area, multiple elevators, assigned parking (compact to mid-sized) and larger square footage of the living area in comparison to other complexes in Kona. The concrete building allows for more privacy within your condominium and the grounds are beautifully landscaped offering a quiet, peaceful, Hawai'i feeling.

The units location is near the Elevator for easy access.

Knutson & Associates will offer guests who book Unit#A206 the following additional services as a benefit, to you, the guest!
1. You have a complimentary concierge service to make Restaurant/Activity Reservations if you so desire to utilize
2. Need us to go grocery shopping or pick up certain items from the store before you arrive? We can ensure everything is in the property waiting for you upon your arrival! (Additional Service Charge May Apply)
3. Any guests who book 14 nights or longer will receive fresh flowers & a Fruit Basket upon their arrival as a gift from the owner.
4. Face to Face Arrival Experience Offered Complimentary! All guests who book Kona Pacific #A206 have the option of meeting Property Management Staff upon their arrival to go over property specifics. We will turn on any fans/lights and ensure you enter into a comfortable inviting environment!

Great place to stay for a Kona vacation. Walkable to everything in town. The property was clean and very well equipped with everything we need on our 2 week stay including all of the beach essentials. Property manager was great with communication and provided an excellent service. We look forward to coming back next year.

The room was very clean and is in a perfect location for enjoying Kona. The host was very responsive. We have stayed in Kona about 12 times in the last five years. This is the only stay that we have had where the host turned on the air conditioning prior to our arrival. Since we didn’t get in until late, this was very much appreciated. The host also had a very nice welcoming package waiting for us as well. Highly recommended!

Walking distance

Walking distance to downtown. Quality accomodations and convenient to the highways on the big island. While we were here quite a few people used the grills at the nice pool to prepare their dinner.

Peaceful Oasis

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The unit had everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the view from the lanai. It was also nice to have two bathrooms! The property management had a very sweet welcome for us. Highly recommend. In walking distance to restaurants and the water.

A Jewel in Kona

Very nice condo which included all of the items necessary for spending time at the beach including chairs, umbrella, towels, scuba gear, cooler, and boggy boards. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer. Overall, a great unit for an enjoyable vacation.

Comfy and pleasant!

Super easy check in and check out process. Great communication with management company. Unit was clean and comfortable and had all we needed. AC is a bit loud. Parking was tricky - very tight spot in an area for compact cars, but not all of the neighboring cars were compact.Great location. Super convenient and easy walk to shops and cafes on Alii Dr. like most condos on Ali’i, things feel bit worn down, but this is def one of the nicer condos we’ve stayed in. Pool was great! Never crowded and the whole complex was very clean.

Excellent location, clean property

We had a great stay here, we specifically booked on alii drive so that we wouldn't have to pay for parking every time we wanted to visit restaurants or shops in town. It was perfect, the property is clean and the listing is accurate. Self-checking process is very easy. The bed is quite comfortable and the laundry machine is extremely convenient and very quiet. It was very nice that they provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even razors and toothpaste in a little gift bag. I think our one and only complaint is that the parking spaces are extremely tiny and against pillars that make it exceptionally hard not only to reverse into but to get out of your vehicle if people are parked next to you. Not the fault of the property owner whatsoever. But highly recommend booking a economy sized car if you're going to stay here, a large SUV or truck would not fit. We would definitely rent this property again in the future.

First trip to Hawaii and super pleased with our rental. Walking distance to tons of shops, restaurants and the water. Management company was great at communication. A little gift bag with local goodies, water and some extras was left for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The extra bathroom was a plus! Ocean view from the lanai. Bed was so comfortable that I had to inquire about the pillows. Would recommend for sure!

We were pleased with the cleanliness, and the unit had a lot of updates and conveniences. We were very comfortable there and maybe spent too much time inside, or at the pool. The bed was something we both thought was a pleasure to sleep on; we both slept well! We would be comfortable recommending this unit to anyone, and will come back if future trips bring us to the big island!

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I visited the island with our 8 year old Grandson this property is perfect it’s extremely easy to get to with an elevator taking you nearly to the door it’s a beautiful rental with all the amenities needed and then some. The pool is beautiful and directly below the condo it was clean and spacious we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place on the island. Walking distance to nearly anything in the downtown area. I would suggest that you don’t have a large vehicle the designated parking space isn’t very large we had a convertible mustang and it was fine it’s a great place to stay

We did not receive the code for check-in in the e-mail, as was noted, and I was worried about receiving it as we checked in on a holiday, but after a few tries, I was able to get in touch with someone that provided the code to the condo. It was in great shape and clean and comfortable. Contact with the company was prompt (was looking for beach towels and they responded in a very timely manner). Right in the downtown area close to shopping and restaurants and Ali'i Drive provided nice scenery for my morning runs. Would recommend!

Best Stay Ever!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was as advertised and had everything you could ask for. It was so well appointed. The loungers on the patio are a must and we used them every day. Although we turned them to face out so we could enjoy the view. The kitchen has wonderful appliances for every need. The blender got daily use... One recommendation, put your fresh discarded veg/fruit trimmings, coffee grounds and other smelly things into one of the big bowls with a lid, into the fridge, and you can eliminate the smell, as well as use a little “Aloha” for the island by lessening the number of garbage bags you use. The kingsize bed was awesome!! The owners have done this unit up as if they were there themselves. THANK YOU!! If there was anything we would say that we would change... just by putting all of the ‘extra’ glasses up into a higher place in the cupboards, so us short people have a place to put the dry goods. Otherwise, this place is a 5 star and we hope to be back. AND the management company, Knutson, were fabulous to deal with. Their communication and response was excellent.

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed staying in this unit, it had everything we needed, so nice to have beach gear, towels to use at the pool, plenty of everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Lounge chairs on the lanai were nice to have when wanting to lay out in the warm weather and be close to the condo. Air conditioning units worked great to cool down the rooms. So nice to stay in a quiet building.
