A Perfect Stay for Work and Relaxation at Bobs Lake Cottages

We had a wonderful stay at Bob’s Lake Cottages for our strategic meeting. The setting is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and perfectly suited for both work and relaxation. The cottages were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Marla was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience smooth and truly enjoyable. Her presence and hospitality were greatly appreciated. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We would gladly return and highly recommend Bob’s Lake Cottages to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Best Ever!

This was our first time coming to Bob's Lake Cottages and Escapes. We've had a family reunion every three years since the mid 90's. We began with around 25 people and are now pushing 30. We rented every cottage at BLCE, including the bed in the shed. This was, hands down, unanimously, the best vacation ever, and we've been to some wonderful places. Larry and Marla are gracious, welcoming and easy going hosts. Together with their caretakers, Sheri and Martha, they have created a beautiful place with fun activities from a zip line to pickle ball. The age range of our family is 6 to 80 and this place brought out the kid in us all. Lots of great swimming kayaking, canoeing, and hanging out on the water trampoline, with a soak in the hot tub after. A truly fabulous time, we highly recommend it and plan to return. A thousand thank yous.

I am a psychologist who discovered Bobs Lake more than 40 years ago and have never missed a summer with my family. Fixing it up became a labor of love that has gone on now for over a decade. We renovated and winterized the cabins, built The Great House so that we could host weddings and retreats, and added new docks, a playground, hot tubs, and a fleet of boats to rent.

Our family with 5 grandchildren comes every summer. We stay at Bobs Lake Cottages & Escapes for a week every summer—as do our doggies—we are very pet friendly.
