Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Accommodations for up to 7 guests in this 3 bedroom 2 full bath layout. Two large bedrooms with king size beds and a smaller room with bunk beds. Hear the crash of the ocean and enjoy awesome views from multiple decks in this BeachFront beauty! This gorgeous home is pet and family friendly. (Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional small fee.). Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk or drive right out on the sand..
The space
Updated and comfy place with stunning unobstructed views. Unforgettable vacation awaits! Large deck off the living with nice deck chairs and picnic table for outdoor eating.
Guest access
Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!
Other things to note
Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.

Great location with boardwalk to beach. Clean and newer appliances. Recommendation to update maintenance on carport, chairs and deck. Also consider providing a beach umbrella.

This property’s description is accurate except for the mention of a dining table. There is only a kitchen Island - with 4 Bar Stools that surround it. We were 3 adults and two teens which had one of us standing for dinners and breakfasts. Otherwise- the Unit was complete -with updates in kitchen and living area- bedrooms are small but adequate and beds are comfortable. A/C worked great and access to the beach was another plus. Shower had hot water and balcony off living area had 4 tall beach chairs!Kate and Tony and family

Location was perfect, beds were comfortable, place was well stocked with beach chairs, towels, dishes, etc. I am only docking a star due to some non-communicated concerns. The bunkbed ladder was missing and a step stool was set up - it wasn't super safe though. The floor boards were also coming up in many places and stubbed a few toes during our stay. If we had gotten a heads up we would have been fine.

Pros and Cons

Pros - The property was well situated on the beach. Access to the beach was great. The property was clean. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Air conditioners worked well. Property is well furnished. The backyard on the beach side was mowed and maintained. Cons - There was a strong mildew smell on the second floor where the bedrooms were located. My wife slept downstairs on the couch because of the smell. I know this is a beachfront property, and it is probably difficult to prevent moisture from building up inside the unit. However, the smell on the top level was disappointing. I will say that we talked with people staying in other adjacent units, and they expressed the same concerns. One guest frequently stays at the location, and they said this was the first time they encountered a mildew smell in their unit (located a couple down from us but in the same complex--I think managed by a different owner). So, it may be a common occurrence in the area.Property could use a few updates, such as repairing sliding doors, but overall, no big issues.Also, as with any properties close to the beach, be aware that you might encounter snakes. One crossed through our carport, headed in the direction of the beach. However, this is not unusual for any property along the beachfront.

Great place

Even with it raining most of the time, the overall convenience of the place was nice. We appreciate the letting of animals also. Major plus for us.

Perfect Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time. I could let my older kids go swim/play on the beach and watch them from the house. At night we slept with the doors to the outside open and listened to the waves and felt the ocean breeze as we slept

Wonderful Experience!

On the Beach! Grab your beach chairs and you are on the beach in 60 seconds. The Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. The Grill was very nice too! Everything was clean and check-in was easy and simple. The host was helpful and accommodating. You are walking distance to most of the restaurants on the island. I have a second trip already planned!

Paradise

This place was perfect! From the cool beach theme decor, the super comfortable bed to the location. The hosts have provided everything you could possibly need. When looking for a place to stay I read a lot of complaints about the water smelling like rotten egg but you wont have that issue here. I cant wait to go back! I can't wait to fo back.
