Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Accommodations for up to 7 guests in this 3 bedroom 2 full bath layout. Two large bedrooms with king size beds and a smaller room with bunk beds. Hear the crash of the ocean and enjoy awesome views from multiple decks in this BeachFront beauty! This gorgeous home is pet and family friendly. (Up to 2 pets are allowed at an additional small fee.). Easy access to local shopping and entertainment. Walk or drive right out on the sand..
The space
Updated and comfy place with stunning unobstructed views. Unforgettable vacation awaits! Large deck off the living with nice deck chairs and picnic table for outdoor eating.
Guest access
Whole condo is for your use. A public walkover is right next to this end unit condo, so literally just a walkover and u are toes in the sand!
Other things to note
Bring Bottled Water to drink as all of Surfside has bad drinking water in my opinion.

We loved our stay so much! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our trip. The beach access was great and made our trip easy and perfect. The bed was so comfortable, linens were cozy. The patio had a great couch for an afternoon nap. We loved our stay and will book again! Another great perk, it is less than a mile from a really great bar and grill (beachfront bar and grill) where we had an amazing lunch since we got to the island a little before checkin time. 5stars!

Excellent location and view! Also, great communication with host and smooth check in process. A couple of draw backs include no dining room table to play games, eat together, etc. Also, no nightstands to charge phone or place water. Lastly, the shower does not drain well and the outside hose does not work to clean sand off your feet or use as needed. Overall, a property with a great view of the water and walking distance to the beach! Just a few drawbacks.

Thank u for the great review! Yes the dining area in the kitchen has a large island to eat at, and we also have an outdoor couch, outdoor coffee table and chairs so most people love to eat there. We will fix the drain and hose. Thank u for the input. See you back soon!

Communication was excellent! We loved the chairs on the back patio and we had wonderful water pressure. My only complaint is that I had hoped for a few more things to cook with in the kitchen when I arrived.

Strange u put a 6 and said beach access and view great and no complaints. Most guests give a 10! I know the app on mobile can be tricky and defaults to less stars and u have to hit the highest star a lot of times to make it take. Probably was that. Thanks!

Perfect Beach Retreat

We had an amazing time. I could let my older kids go swim/play on the beach and watch them from the house. At night we slept with the doors to the outside open and listened to the waves and felt the ocean breeze as we slept

We provide a super clean beachfront experience. All the amenities listed are there. Great comfort and location. I think guest meant to leave a five star, but sometimes the app defaults to less and doesn’t allow u to select 5 unless u push it multiple times
