Located in the heart of the village of Montsoreau, this historical palace is the former law court of the Castle of Montsoreau, , view on the Loire river and castle.
This 15th century historical monument is now fitted out with modern furniture and welcomes you in its peaceful haven, with a view on the Loire and the castle. The house's garden is private, fenced and equipped with garden furniture.
Shops are within walking distance from the house (bakery, supermarket, butcher, delicatessen, restaurants, tobacco...).
A two-minute walk will take you to the beach or to the vineyards.
Not accessible to disabled persons.

Great location

The beautiful street where the house is situated, the view of the Loire and the chateau, the fact that the shops and bars are only a 5 minute walk away, are all great! The house is 15th century, the decoration is modern and mostly it works. A few exceptions: the very loud industrial refrigerator, the beds in the livingroom serving as sofa. The garden could use some tender care; coarse grass, a loungechair would have been nice, the fact that a car was parked in the garden (?)... But...we did have a very nice week there!
