Sweet Eileen invites you to a stay where comfort feels like home and every corner tells a story of meticulous care! Built in 1958 and gracefully renovated over the years, this 5-bedroom wonder exhibits a charming blend of vintage architecture and modern amenities.

Sleeping Arrangements:

Master Bedroom: Dream away in a luxurious king-sized bed w/ 55" smart TV (new, not yet pictured).
Bedroom 2: Another spacious king bedroom ensures peaceful slumbers w/ 55" smart TV (new, not yet pictured)
Bedroom 3: Cozy up in a snug queen bed, perfect for sweet dreams.
Bedroom 4: Enjoy the gentle embrace of a comfy double bed.
Bedroom 5: A fun sleepover awaits in the two twin XL bunk beds (four beds in total).

OUTDOORS: A furnished deck invites you for easy mornings and serene evenings. Enjoy cookouts with a gas grill and gather around a propane fire pit, creating memories under the starlit Texas sky or the shade of our large pecan tree.

INDOORS: Unwind in a vibrant living space, adorned with a 55" Smart TV and brand new, cozy furnishings. A desk in the front room caters to your work-from-home needs too.

Heart of the Home - The Kitchen:

A homecooked meal awaits in a fully equipped kitchen, boasting butcher block counters, and an array of amenities including a combo Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster, and Crock-Pot. For our tiniest guests, a kid's high chair and children’s cutlery ensure a great dining experiences for all ages.

Essentials and Beyond:

For the Little Ones: A Graco Pack N Play, baby bath-seat, and other thoughtful amenities to cater to families with infants and toddlers.

Parking:
Accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the back driveway or utilize the street parking. The back driveway features a manual swing gate, ensuring a secure space for your vehicles and peace of mind.

Please Note:

Minimum renting age is 25 years.
In order to ensure a serene stay for all our guests, smoking and events/parties are not permitted.

Two dogs allowed for a single non-refundable $199 pet fee. Max 60 lbs.

Please note: the stock tank pool is closed for the Fall/Winter season.
