If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.

Please be advised that all guests . By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID with a name that matches your profile
- A security deposit of $1000 (see below) will be required
- You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

SECURITY DEPOSIT :
A security deposit of $1000 will be collected 3 days prior to your checkin date. This will be a HOLD not a charge on your credit card. In the event there is any damage to the property or broken house rules during your stay your card will be charged accordingly. The hold will be automatically released within 7 days after your departure. If there is no damage or violations, there is nothing you need to do. Please note that CITYBNB reserves the right to charge a higher amount up to a maximum of $2500 to the method of payment if the damage deposit is insufficient to cover the claim from the payment method on file.

I never had to do this with other airbnb listings, why do I need to complete this verification process ?
With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, and credit card fraud we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Perfect for our family for a wedding
Roomy, lots of bathrooms. “ Day of” pictures for our daughter’s wedding. Could have used an iron but not a big deal. Previous guests left a random bag of recycling on the ground by the bins. Left kitchen sink drain had/has partial blockage. No response when I emailed but it was fine for us. I poured some boiling water down there with some dish soap. Much better. When the AC set temp goes up at night the upstairs bedrooms get smoking hot on those 28-30C days so check it when going to bed and change if needed. A really nice place for our 3 adult daughters and sons in law to hang out. Thank you very much.

Great family home for older kids
We had a great time, our 14 and 16 yr old had their own rooms, bathrooms and dens. Lots of laminate stairs our dog was challenged with but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially the hot tub and location.
