Helpful planning tips: House is up set of stairs- good to know if accessibility is an issue. Place is supported by SPI rentals, so it has basic hotel like amenities. Two coffee makers- normal 12 cup drip and Keurig. Place is very nice overall, close to beach. Bathroom in primary is small, lots of furniture which can make space feel smaller. Sofa was comfortable, pool was really nice.

Clean and comfortable

Second time staying at one of the SPI properties. I had a good experience. House was clean and comfortable for our trip and close to the entertainment. Weather was not cooperative that weekend, but the house made it a good lounging day. Look forward to renting from SPI again. - Marlon Salazar

Best place by far that we had stayed at in SPI! House was literally 2 min walk from beach. Plenty of room for families with children. Pool was heated and warm (clean). Perfect home for hosting. I will definitely book again

great house

Our family enjoyed our stay. Very close to the beach just a short walk away. Kids really enjoyed playing in the pool. We would stay here again.

Great location and private pool. Will definitely book again.

The house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach and a number of restaurants/bars. The pool is nice for the evening or when feeling lazy and not wanting to walk. The house was clean and as advertised, definitely will book again if we are in South Padre with extended family!

Cute house, great location

Great house for large families, dog friendly. Nice private pool with outdoor shower to rinse off from beach. Furniture is a little worn but cozy. Easy check in process was nice!

The home was perfect!

The home was perfect! Loved having the fenced in backyard and private pool. We brought our boat with us and had plenty of parking in their large driveway. Home was very clean! Would definitely come back!

Great location and place to stay

The place is great! Nice kitchen and living area, and plenty of sleeping space. Very easy walk to the beach, laguna, boardwalk, shopping and dining. The pool is a great space to relax. The kitchen has all the essentials. You can walk to Stripes (gas station) for some items and the Blue Marlin grocery store is a short drive. Also the grill on the deck is great for a poolside cookout.

Perfect for our family

Our stay was super relaxing. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family. The house is less than 5 minute walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and the sand castle village close to the marina. Beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas are provided. Also, we loved that there was two dryers to help laundry finish fast.
