We have a total of 6 villas in our small quiet side-street. 24 hour security + CCTV. Breakfast can be cooked and served in the villa - Continental breakfast @ 150 baht per person & American breakfast @ 250 Baht per person. BBQ preparation and cooking service is also available.

Great villa

A good, immaculate and spacious holiday home. We enjoyed relaxing there and made good use of the tuk tuk service to Ao Nang beach. Great place for a family stay.

Very spacious

As a frequent traveller in Krabi, I can say for sure this villa is much more spacious than most. Great place to be staying if it rains and you are stuck inside

Baan Santhiya Villas are ideally situated in the quiet yet easily accessible area of Na-Thai, Aonang, just 7 mins (3km) drive from the beachfront. The villas offer quiet, peaceful and luxurious surroundings for large families, groups or couples. We have a collection of 6 villas, managed from our on-site office by a dedicated 16-strong team of staff. We are a fully-licensed resort (hotel licence # 70/2560).QUESTIONS? Why they chose this property

You will have the entire villa to yourselves - 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, air conditioned living area and 6x3m pool with sunloungers. There is parking for 2 cars + motorbikes.
Our on-site office is open daily, where you can pop in for local information, to book a tour or get some restaurant recommendations.
There is a good bakery 5 minutes' walk away.
There are 2 supermarkets in Aonang (only 3 minutes' from the villa with our tuk-tuk service) - Tesco and Makro. Fresh markets also set up daily in varying locations, and the best seafood market is in Krabi Town VERY early in the morning!
