We enjoyed our stay at the villa. The host was accessible and easy to communicate. Daily housekeeping was provided. We enjoyed the pool. I think the furniture is very worn and used and could use replacing. This villa is all separate living & bedrooms each with separate key.

Wonderful

Great villa with everything you could need. Incredible views, perfect location, daily cleaning, brilliant manager who responded rapidly to our needs - including arranging massages and a kayak trip. Lovely large rooms with gorgeous bathrooms and magic views. Wonderful white sand beach just 1km away with great beach restaurants. Would not hesitate to recommend

Overall, great place to stay with kids

Our kids really enjoyed having their own swimming pool. The property was spacious and clean. The communication and support from the host was excellent. The property was a bit out of the way and taxi service was expensive compared to other parts of Thailand (Phuket, Bangkok). There seemed to be some major foundation issues along with some leaks but overall these issues did not affect out stay. The beach closest to the property was beautiful, but it was a 15-20 minute walk. There were lots of food options nearby (10-20 minute walk).

Nice place

We had a nice time staying at Baan PhuKhao Villa. It's a pleasant location - private and relaxing. The villa has one large sitting/dining/kitchen room and three unconnected bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The air conditioning and internet worked well in all rooms and around the pool. There's one small parking spot which is off the road, but more space alongside the road. In general the property is quite nice and adequately supplied with amenities for cooking, etc. The cleaning staff and friendly and thorough. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The property could benefit from some maintenance in the master bathroom and the entry doorways, but these issues did not impact our stay significantly.

Comfortable, peaceful, quite villa

Ching and her staff are extremely professional and prompt. Gorgeous views from the villa and pool. An easy walk downhill to nice and clean beach with plenty of beach restaurants options. Take a taxi back up to villa as the hill is a bit steep! Easy and fast - 10 min - car ride in to the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. We took advantage of in house cooking service one night and the dinner they cooked was very good.
