Located on a quiet street in Greenwich, our fully renovated duplex apartment in Greenwich boasts hardwood floors, a washer-dryer, heating, air conditioning, and a fabulous modern kitchen. The private patio just off the kitchen allows you to relax outside whenever you like.

Enjoy a grill out on the back patio or walk to shops, movies, restaurants, the beach, parks, tennis, the library, the train station and so much more. We are a 15 min walk from Byram beach and Port Chester which offers several excellent restaurants, coffee shops, movie theaters, places to shop, and the historic Capitol Theatre. The train station is a mile away. This is also a great area for walking or jogging near the water.

Our property is also ideal for working from home. We have a desk in one of the bedrooms and lighting fast WiFi for you to enjoy.

Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich's picturesque downtown is known for its great restaurants and many upscale shops and is only 7 min away by car. Rye Playland is a fun old-fashioned amusement park and beach in Rye that is 10 mins away by car.

Take the train or drive to Manhattan - less than 25 miles away. Centrally located to explore the Tri-State area.

Activities include biking, hiking, and community-sponsored activities such as concerts and movie nights.

Great stay!

Duplex unit was clean, as described and perfect for our stay visiting family in Rye. Lots of extra towels and nice welcoming snacks in the kitchen. Super convenient location. Will likely stay there again.

Great place!

Henri was a great host, incredibly responsive and friendly. The apartment is great as a home base in CT/westchester. Easy drive to highway and train and good restaurants. Very reasonable rate per night as well. Thank you!

Clean house with all amenities. in a perfect location for trips in the area or to Manhattan. Port Chester train station is 5 minutes away. Contact with Henri the owner is super! responds quickly and helps where needed.

Charming duplex

Very cozy and quaint duplex located close to the water. Henri was very accommodating in letting us check in a little early after a 12 hour drive. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. Fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend

Great location, friendly host

We had a nice time staying here. The place is just as described. It is clean and in a quiet neighborhood. We had things to do in Purchase and in NYC and the location was perfect for us. I got to meet the owner and he even contacted me when I parked incorrectly so I could avoid a parking ticket. There is a grocery store, Costco, pharmacy, restaurants, and many other businesses very close to. If I have to go back next year, I will be looking to see if this rental is available again.

Great Location

Really liked staying in this home. The only bathroom is upstairs, so if stairs are an issue, be aware. The dryer is part of the washer so if you are going to wash/dry clothes you will have to hang on a rack which worked fine for us. Bring your own coffee and know there are only the very basics in the kitchen and bathroom. Would stay here again for sure. The location is lovely, we walked to the water and had a glass of wine while the sun was setting. Very short walk. The home is VERY quiet! All in all, great stay

Great apartment but beach access is $$$$ and difficult

The apartment is immaculate and spacious but we were really disappointed by how unwelcoming the local beaches are. Wish the owner had let us know you have to buy the very pricey beach passes on a weekday ONLY during business hours. Connecticut REALLY doesn't want anybody but locals using its beaches.

Lovely Calm Area close to the water but is quite the stair climber

Wonderful property that is very clean and in a peaceful area. 3 good size rooms and a clean bathroom. No concerns for the entire stay. Recommend that you check out the giant Gorilla statue at the Bruce Museum for sure! For others who may be concerned (accessibility) If you have trouble with walking or stairs the area can be a challenge. There is a narrow staircase (which can be good for some) and a lot of stairs to get to the front door. The house is also located on a steep hill. So if you have mobility issues this place could be a challenge For me and my group, this was not a concern but I work in the field so I like to point it out!

Home Base for NYC trip

Stayed a week and used it as a "base of operations" for day trips into NYC. Greenwich train station into Grand Central worked out great. Good neighborhood and near tons of stuff in Greenwich, Stamford, and White Plains.

Amazing stay!

So the house is way nicer in person. Super cute and in a quiet street. It has everything one could possibly need. If I could have stayed there longer I would. I will definitely be keeping this hidden gem in mind going forward for any friends or family visiting the area. Not one bad complaint about this fabulous spot ! Thank you

Homey and Safe

We stayed for a month while looking for a home. Henri's place is conveniently located to freeways and great shopping on Greenwich Ave and Putnam. Lots of delivery options for great food & groceries. The space is clean and homey and has a nice little yard for the pup to romp around in. Parking is close and easy. Neighborhood is safe. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked.

Met our needs perfectly

We needed a place not too far from our son’s home for the holidays and were lucky to find this spot. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, and the beds were very comfortable with lamps in all the bedrooms. Thanks for allowing our dog to join us too. There are lots of restaurants in the area reflecting The diversity of people in the area. Would recommend for a couple or small family for sure. Visit Byram Park which is very close - nice little beach and play area - great for a short walk.

Affordable, up to date, and clean rental on the north side of NYC

Perfect spot for someone looking for 3 bedrooms on the north side of the NYC. Reasonably near the train station and grocery store. Host is very thoughtful and responsive. Uber and Lyft don't work so well in this county (they work well in NYC) so you may want an auto. Quite place for being so close to I-95. In fact, it is very convenient with so many freeways nearby. Tons of good restaurants within 3 to 10 minute drive. Note: the bathroom is upstairs at this property. Owner has done a nice job with this place.

A Great Place To Stay

Loved our stay in this lovely home located in Greenwich - great access to major roadways, MetroNorth, shopping, restaurants - all that the area has to offer. The home is spotless and well outfitted - Added bonus is lovely patio area in back - if the weather is nice, perfect spot to enjoy drinks, breakfast coffee, etc. The owners were super accomodating - all in all a perfect place to stay - would highly recommend and look forward to spending more time on the property!
