Everything was perfect. Accomodation is just gorgeus and has everything one wishes. Everything wad perfectly clean. One gets 3 towels (a person), so you can use some of them for sauna&pool. Tap water is good to drink, it has absolutely no taste, so it's nice to drink. You can ger very cold as well as very hot water from the tap. On entry there is quite big hall to leave all the ski equipment and shoes, upper clothes there, not to drag them into beautiful living room or else. Lots of toilet paper, handkerchiefes and hair drier in bathroom, which is located separately from living room and bedrooms, so one can have a lot of privacy. Water pressure is perfect. Nice warm livingroom with kitchen. A lot of plates, glasses, bowls, cups and cutlery - no need to fear to run out. Coffee machine (filter coffee) and ketlle provided, along with enough pots and pans. One even gets washing up kit with sponge and tea towel :). There is microwave but no ordinary oven, no dishwasher. Bed linen and beds are good, nice and warm. There is no door between ground floor and first floor bedroom, but there are door between first floor bedroom and second floor bedroom (with single beds). To decend from top floot to ground one must go through first floor bedroom :) Spa aerea&pool are also nice and clean, warm and spacious. Ski aerea is near to walk, but we drove by car, because it would be too much for us to carry skis in ski shoes the distance. We loved it and hope to come back soon. There are fire detectors/alarms which have a all-round green light turned od at all times. Ones who are sensitive to light might get disturbed by the green light through all night. Maybe provide some light coverage/shield?

Pleasant resort with all services. We used these cottages in the summer too. Ideal holiday for families with children in winter and summer. Seamless communication with the reception, willingness to provide perfect service, swimming pool and saunas. We were very satisfied as every year and look forward to our next visit. We will definitely come back

My adult daughter and I were visiting Austria for the F1 race. This room is nearly an hour from the track, which isn't too bad but is a drive after a long day baking in the sun. The accommodations were very well maintained and clean. As stated, the hosts do speak little English and we weren't experienced with Google Translate. Note what appears to be two twin beds in the picture are two twin mattresses on one frame that won't separate. The pictures indicate there is a living area. The room we had did not have a living area, and we were not shown how to access one. The amenities list indicates there is a balcony and barbeque grill. Our room did not provide access to the balcony, and we didn't see where the grill was located if it was there. There were sitting areas in the garden which were lovely. The host expected payment via bank transfer and it took a while to learn Paypal has a service called Xoom which we could use to pay for the room. Positively, the breakfast was a beautiful traditional Bavarian breakfast and was provided for no charge. Doris would provide it at the time of our choosing, including quite early in the morning so we could depart at 0700. Also, we needed to run a load of laundry and Doris took care of it for us washing, drying, and folding it. Finally, we bought some food and Doris provided an insulated bag and chemical ice so we could keep it cool in our room. Overall, we highly recommend staying with Doris and Otto, just be flexible.
