Refreshing pool and jacuzzi, backyard with bbq grill & fire table, mini golf. Clean, spacious house with 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, & 1 set of twin bunk beds in a gated community close to golf courses, casinos, music festivals. 30 minutes drive to downtown Palm Springs or Joshua Tree National Park. Dog friendly. Plenty of space for 6-10 guests. Pool can be heated for a separate fee. Permit # 050251.

Load and start the dishwasher
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in the laundry room
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Maximum of 4 cars parked at the property overnight. Overnight street parking is PROHIBITED (10pm-6am). Please utilize the garage and driveway.
QUIET HOURS: 10pm – 8am Fridays - Saturdays; 9pm-8am Sundays - Thursdays. Keep outdoor noise at "library level" during quiet hours.
Guests are PROHIBITED from using the community lake. Guests found to be using the lake will be immediately evicted without refunds and fined $2000.

Had several issues...but mgmt responded within minutes every time. I thought there was a view from backyard but there is not, just a rock slope. The lake is around the corner.
