Gorgeous Sunny Isles Beach Condo w/Balcony an Ocean View & Direct Beach Access!

This is a one bedroom condo with private balcony and direct ocean view! Full kitchen, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher. 4 TVs. Free wifi. You can enjoy the beach, just a few steps away! NOTE: The Resort charges a $45 plus tax Non-Refundable RESORT FEE Per Day (not per person). The hotel will place a $200 credit hold at check-in (longer stays have larger credit holds). If you are bringing a car self park is not an option and you will need to pay a $35 daily VALET FEE. The living room has a queen size sofa bed for which we have extra bedding to make it really comfy. We also have a. twin size blow up mattress in case 2 people don't want to share the pull out sofa. This condo sleeps 4 people comfortably. We remodeled the apartment with all tile floors, luxury mattress and charging ports, the bedroom and bathroom doors lock for privacy. We stock the unit with disposable items for your ultimate comfort, better than a hotel.
THERE IS CONSTRUCTION NEXT DOOR IT CAN BE NOISY AND THE BALCONY WILL GET DIRTY DURING LONGER STAYS. PLEASE ASK US ABOUT CONSTRUCTION IF THIS IS A CONCERN FOR YOU.

Our unit has all the fixings, better than a hotel. oh wait, this is hotel, yes it is and and even as a vrbo guest you still get to take advantage of all the hotel amenities like room service, beach service with chaise lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. We have a gorgeous view of both the city of Aventura and Sunny Isles as well as the beach front ocean view.
