Great place and location

Place was clean and very comfortable for 2 people. Location is fantastic as everything is closely and buses will take you everywhere in the park city area. would gladly stay again.

Great Condo!

The condo was comfortable and included everything we needed for a great stay. Free shuttle to Park City Mountain was convenient. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Easy access to the mountain and restaurants

It’s on the bus route so transportation was easy. Good restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable, firm bed.

Cute studio condo with very comfortable bed! Great location just steps to the free bus. I had a great visit staying at this location and enjoyed tons of snow!

Perfect honeymoon spot

Great little property. Perfect for our honeymoon. Convenient to the city bus stop, hot tub was great. 10 min ride to Park City Mtn and Main Street. Easy communication with owner.

Perfect

Except for 2 minor glitches with the on site check in staff the place worked great for us. Plenty big enough for a few day stay for the two of us and convenient location in relation to price. Owner was super attentive via text and phone to insure our stay was a pleasant one.

Very cute and cozy little condo …. Had a great stay …. My only suggestion would be to have a dresser or armoire for guests clothes storage.

This was the perfect place for our anniversary! Maureen is awesome! She made sure we had everything we needed, and offered tips for things to try while we were there. Great location and Maureen is a fabulous host!

We thought it was lovely. We would come back. I liked the location. Not too busy and you can take the free bus to Main Street.

Was a good place to stay.

Everything was great, the only issue was the AC didn’t really work but it was also 100 degrees the day we stayed so that might have been why

Ski Vaca!!

The host was super helpful! Pros Great ski access/ski closet. Great big hottub, nice and hot. Can walk to some restaurants. Cons The kitchen and bathroom are dark from no natural light, and painted in dark colors. Tight fit for bathroom door/ toilet and kitchen.

Everything Needed in a Perfect Location

The studio condo was perfect for a comfortable base of operations for a ski trip. Parking is next to the building, the unit is on the 1st floor to make carrying gear easy, there is a fireplace, and well equipment kitchenette. Maureen provided great information before arrival to make arrival simple. There are several places to eat within a short walk if you don't want to go to PC Main Street. I saw numerous people using the ski buses instead of driving to the slopes.

Amazing Stay in a Cozy and Beautiful Studio at the Prospector

We had the most amazing time at this property/studio located at the Prospector. She was an amazing host from the open communication during the booking process, to being able to check in so easy. Once we checked in, she made sure everything was okay and made sure we didn't need any help with anything. She gave some amazing recommendations for food and entertainment and was available at any time if we needed her. The studio was located in a great spot, so close to the hot tub! Her studio is so cozy and welcoming, so well-kept and clean! It was such a quick drive to many of the things we did. I would most definitely stay here again when coming back to Utah!

Great place for our anniversary!

My wife and I loved our time here for our anniversary! Pros: - Close to Park City Main St. (Still not walking distance) - Very clean and accurate to the description. - There were even a few scented candles which added a nice touch. - Lots of cooking materials/appliances for at home meals. - Check in was very easy - The pool and hot tub weren't very busy (we went around 9 pm). There were just a few other couples, no kids. Cons: - The AC was okay but not the best, we turned it down but still we're hot through the night. - It seems like directTV wasn't set up, so it might be worth bringing an HDMI if you really want to use the TV.

Perfect getaway

The place is so cute and cozy! Maureen was easy to communicate with and she really made sure you were happy. I would definitely stay again. If you like biking, it’s next to the Union Pacific Rail Trail and that’s a fabulous bike ride.

I stayed here during a quick trip to Park City to play in a soccer tournament. This was a great place close to the fields that I could relax and recharge between games.

A Park City gem!

We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maureen's apartment (that feels like a small house, actually, with a terrace, a fire place, a hot tub...), and would recommend this property to anyone and everyone. The host is very easy to reach and is very helpful and accommodating, and the check-in/ check-out process was seamless. The photos don't do the apartment justice - it is beautifully decorated, cozy, and very well-appointed, and also very warm (you control the heat). The location was super convenient, too - easy access to both Park City ski areas, stores, restaurants, and parking just outside the door. A bus stop is right there, too, for anyone who needs it. Overall, it was a great experience, and we look forward to hopefully staying there again!
