The title of this email does not he hold a torch to how amazing this VRBO was. My fiancé, myself and my daughter (9) had the greatest time. I contacted Sandra (host) who answered by the second ring every time, she answered any text within seconds. I forgot charcoal from the store for the grill provided and upon my arrival charcoal and lighter fluid were sitting outside. The first night a noticed a small bit of water on the floor and determined that the hose at the rear of the fridge was leaking. To make sure this problem didn’t get worse for Sandra I turned off the connection and notified her. This had zero impact on the stay. We woke up the next morning and there was a $20 Pizza Hut gift card taped to the door thanking me. The property is gorgeous, the pool was immaculate and you could not keep us out of it. Sandra had lights on in the pool area at night that allowed for night swims with the family. The privacy was amazing with large trees on the entire back of the home to make you forget you are even in a subdivision. It was close to everything. The inside of the cottage was the cleanest I have ever stayed. I could keep typing, but to say the least WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!! Thank you Sandra.
