It is an older house that has been reconfigured so it has a unique floor plan and an old house smell at the entrance. The backyard was huge and quiet with a privacy fence, fire pit and deck area . Super nicely rehabbed home with all the amenities you want or need. Great living space and private large yard is awesome if your bringing kids along or even just sitting out on their upscale deck area and yard games. What a wonderful surprise this little hidden gem was in the heart of Atchison Kansas!Everything about this home has been updated. There is still an old-world charm, but everything looks glistening white and brand new. The owner, Paul, was so easy to work with and fulfilled all of his promises!
