This is a detached 1.5 storey home.
Large open concept home, perfect for gathering with family.
KITCHEN :
- Fully stocked to host everyone for family dinners
Espresso machine, coffee maker, ninja blender, slow cooker, roasting pan, baking sheets, oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, coffee grinder.
TVs :
- 58” in main living room
- 50” in king master bedroom
- 50” in lower level living room
All smart TVs with plenty of apps to stream
OFFICE & INTERNET
- There is an office on the main floor
- The highest internet speed all throughout the home with boosters
SPEED :
Pure fibre optic 1 GB internet
DOGS :
- We are dog friendly upon approval.
- Happy to host your furry friend, however we do have all brand new furniture & linens. Please be mindful of any damages or staining caused by your pet. Damages will be documented and charged back to you.
ACCESSIBILITY :
- The home only has a few stairs to get to the main floor with 2 main floor bedrooms.
- Full bathroom with walk in shower between the 2 bedrooms.

BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :

* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener= $100
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
