Newly remodeled cottage & heated barn only minutes from the Marina!

Cozy newly remodeled cottage. Minutes from linwood marina for easy access to the bay!

-Wifi access, smart TV, and a few card games available for use.

-Great stay for a family getaway or the fisherman’s dream location. Yummy Local restaurants and even an ice cream shoppe within walking distance!

-if cleaning fish we ask that you remove the scraps from the property. Do not leave behind any fish guts or left overs. If you do we will keep the security deposit.

-NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind indoors.

-We ask you leave the cottage as you found it. Removing any personal items & food brought in.

-Please take all trash to the trash cans outside.

-Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

-pets are not to be left unattended. If you need to leave please take pet with you or have a crate for them.

House was great for the 4 of us. Was able to park both boats in the barn each night and location was convenient to many boat ramps. Great communication from owner and lots of good times were had!!

Great House & location!

This is a great rental with all the appointments for outdoor pursuits in the Linwood, MI, area. It is in a very convenient location to access Saginaw Bay and is close to many local establishments. The management team is easy to work with and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.

Perfect Sportsman Rental in Linwood

Our fishing group was very happy and impressed with this rental. Set up perfectly for fisherman (or duck hunters) with heated pole barn with cleaning station and bathroom. We have decided we will rent this property everytime we go to Linwood walleye fishing. House was clean, warm, and had everything we needed.
