Summary:
Incredible newly remodeled apartment in a modern design located close to the heart of Colonia Condesa. Decorated and furnished by a professional designer, the apartment is very cozy and is located in one of the best located areas of Mexico City.
In a quiet street and close to many shops within walking distance.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay.
The location is very good. Has a Roof Top where you can enjoy having lunch or dinner. It also has a balcony with a great view.
It has an underground parking space.

The Space:
The washer and dryer are inside the apartment.

Guest Access:
We will send the access codes one day before check in day.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in a quiet street with many restaurants, markets, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Getting Around:
In the area there are Uber and Lyft. The closest subway station is Patriotismo starion, only two blocks from the apartment.
There are public bike stations very close as well as public scooters.
You don't need a car in this neighborhood

Apartment is well located, has almost everything you need. Messages from host are automatic, though you can contact them if needed. Apartment had dust in a few places, a couple broken chairs, the stairs light was out, and the shower doors for one of the bathrooms was crooked, water leaked out. Overall good experience, 4/5, would stay here again but needs a few minor improvements.

Family Stay in Mexico City

Our visit was great!Everything was smooth, great communication with the owner. Door staff were friendly and helpful. Nice to have a parking spot. We had a small leak in the bathroom sink and the owner sent someone to fix it right away! No issues! Great stay!

I loved the penthouse, the pictures doesn’t make justice enough. Nice design and great size and good location. Nice duvets and good fluffy pillows, enough towels and spacious balcony. I loved the small details like the big windows had a double layer of curtains so at night it was no lights coming from the street.It had everything you need. We were only two people in a two bedroom two bathroom, we didn’t cook or make coffee so I can’t attest from the kitchen gadgets. Washer and dryer worked well. Loved, loved the Tuesday market. But the best of this location the amazing lovely people working as security/lobby entrance. They were so super nice. Everything great.

Little or no maintenance and inadequate cleaning services. Bathroom with rust in the draining plate, glass doors and sink very dirty, in general all walls dirty with scratches. Never understood how the TV works. Next door neighbor has a dog that is barking all the time and left poop in back outside of the door. Can provide pictures if need it

Decent stay in Escandon Neighborhood

Overall experience was nice. Floor plan was similar but furniture was slightly different. It wasn’t in the nicest part of CDMX but it had a lot to offer nearby with regards to restaurants and was walking distance to Condesa (15 mins). The apartment was decent, although not very clean. There were stains on the beds, the rugs were dirty, there were dirt smudges on walls and switches and we had issues taking warms showers. The property manager did attempt to resolve but we did not have any luck. Grateful for our stay and the security service provided.

While the location had potential, our overall experience was not great. The water temperature was inconsistent, alternating between very hot and very cold. We encountered bugs in the unit, the washer was dirty, with crusted soap and hair The guest room carpet had a strong unpleasant odor, We were also not provided with a key even after sending several messages to the host. If not for the kind security lady, we wouldn’t have access the apartment. something simple, such as a broom was not provided to clean up, which made it difficult to maintain the space for 8 days. These issues should be addressed to improve future stays. Aunque la ubicación tenía potencial, nuestra experiencia general no fue buena. La temperatura del agua era irregular, alternando entre muy caliente y muy fría. Encontramos insectos en el apartamento y la lavadora estaba sucia, con restos de jabón y pelo en el tambor. La alfombra de la habitación tenía un olor fuerte y no había calefacción durante nuestra estancia. Tampoco nos proporcionaron una llave a pesar de haber enviado varios correos electrónicos al anfitrión. Si no fuera por la amable guardia de seguridad, no habríamos podido acceder al apartamento. No se nos proporcionó algo tan básico como una escoba para limpiar, lo que dificultó mantener el espacio limpio durante los 8 días. Estos problemas deberían solucionarse para mejorar las futuras estancias.
