There is a furnished deck with a gas grill and incredible views of the Gore Mountain Range. The main level of the home has two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is a private sanctuary with King sized bed, large screen TV, private patio, and luxurious primary bathroom complete with spa soaking tub, two person glass shower, double vanity, and walk in closet. Bedroom 2 upstairs has a Queen bed, there is a full bathroom in the hall and a large laundry room. The Lower level has a spacious family room equipped with a mounted smart TV with access to all streaming apps. Bedroom 3 downstairs has a Queen bed, and bedroom 4 has a set of double bunk beds, plus 1 double bed for a total of 3 double beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Downstairs also has an in-home office work space, lots of board games and a large entry storage room for all your outdoor gear. There is a heated 2 car garage with EV charger.

The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, Ping-Pong table, community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available and an outdoor fire pit. Clubhouse amenities available 10am - 5pm.

We do not guarantee the pool and hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.
