Perfect for large groups, ready to have an amazing weekend or any family get together. Includes everything you might want or need for a perfect gameday weekend or any other event near Texas Tech University or downtown Lubbock. Located two blocks from the Broadway night life and many restaurants, you can't beat this location. This jewel sleeps 10 comfortably, with two master bedrooms(King size beds) a queen room with its own patio, a twin room perfect for kids, as well as a king size sleeper sofa in the second living room. When not enjoying everything Lubbock has to offer, spend time together inside enjoying the gas fireplace or even hosting your own tailgate. Amenities include, full size washer and dryer, coffee/Keurig machine, TVs in every bedroom as well as a smart TV/cable in living room, and high speed internet. Come enjoy this beautiful home away from home right in the heart of Texas Tech.

The home was clean and beautifully decorated & supplied. The only thing we brought was a crockpot. The bedrooms and bathrooms had all the necessities. The fun Tech decor and games were great! We could put the movie on to settle down for the evening or music in the background while visiting & playing games or eating. They had coffee, cocoa and cider for us which was a fun surprise! Plenty of parking, even when our son & daughter came by. Neighborhood was quiet. There was a room that the street light kept the room brighter but I just wore my night eye mask. Another room had a nice balcony for a relaxing glass of wine. Communication was amazing. We recommend reserving this home if staying in the Lubbock area!

Great for TTU Graduation

Very nice home; new, modern and well equipped. Super close to TTU football games, graduation, or other events. Our family of 10 was very comfortable and everyone had a bed. I would stay at this property again with a large group.

Texas Tech Game Weekend

A group of college buddies made the trip to Lubbock for the game and some golf outings. The house was perfect in its location and setup. All the amenities were excellent and the house was well maintained. We each had our own room. It was over 100 degrees the entire time and the house was nice and cool. The proximity to campus and the football stadium were awesome. If we ever make it back we would pick this spot again for sure.

Best place to stay in Lubbock

Great place to stay in Lubbock! Very nice comfortable home. Located In a nice safe neighborhood. Property manager is awesome! Had a very pleasant worry free weekend.

Spacious family oasis with Texas Tech flair

We reserved the house for a game day weekend, and it did not disappoint!! We had two families with 9 of us in total and found the house very cozy and spacious. The Texas Tech vibe was spot on as well as the vaulted ceilings and incredibly comforting living space with fireplace. We walked to the game easily and enjoyed the local restaurants nearby. We would definitely come back to this house!!!

Wonderful house in great location

The property is very spacious and comfortable. We had a group of 6 instructors from 3-4 different states stay here for a workshop we attended in Lubbock. The house is spacious, bright, clean, and perfect for a larger group. It’s in a great location and there was plenty of parking for those of us that drove in. It had everything we needed and more! We felt spoiled and the host went out of their way to make it wonderful for us. My favorite thing is that we didn’t have to take the sheets off of the beds or place towels in the washer like a lot of rentals require now. The only thing someone might want to be aware of is that the area can be a little wild, especially if there’s an upcoming Tech game. Not wild dangerous, just a little rowdy and loud, especially late into the evening. Apparently there was a drag race around 2 am, so that was exciting! So if you are wanting a quiet retreat, this may not be what you are looking for. HOWEVER, I would totally stay here again because it was perfect. I might just take some earplugs next time, lol. All my fellow instructors LOVED this place. Thank you again for sharing this home with us!
