This INCREDIBLE 4 bed, 3 full bath, 2 car garage will easily sleep 2 families AND parking for up to 8 additional vehicles!! It sleeps 11 people comfortably plus one on the couch if needed. TONS of space for entertaining & your comfort! PRIVACY CURTAINS throughout the house & PRIVACY CURTAINS in the HOT TUB AREA for your convenience. Outdoor grill, fire pit & corn hole are there for all guests to fully enjoy!! Wireless internet is fully provided along with TWO work spaces for your needed office work. This home is only MINUTES from TEXAS TECH, LUBBOCK CHRISTIAN UNIVERSITY, all hospitals, shopping and restaurants. This QUIET neighborhood is well suited to give our guests all the privacy they need, without any of the loud noisy events and parties that are normally associated with may other places. We are confident that you, your family & friends will love this wonderful home for all of your travels, comfort & privacy. TV entertainment is FIRE STICK only, no cable TV.

This was honestly my favorite house I have ever stayed at. It was the perfect size for 11 of us to gather. This property was very clean and well organized. Light switches and cabinets were labeled - which helped us find what we needed. We LOVED the stack of Mac n Cheese, the snacks, the radio/intercom, and the overall vintage feel of the house. The hot tub was fun, and although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the fire pit. We agreed we would do that on our next stay. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with.

From booking to our arrival then our stay it all was great. The host was very welcoming and offered assistance throughout our stay. The house was spacious but the furniture was a bit out dated and uncomfortable. The fireplace and hot tub are amazing, loved that the tub was ready to use as soon as we got there, that was great! The use of the space could be used to the advantage of the guest, we didn’t use the first living are and dining room. The house is located in a good area close to restaurants. All in all it’s a great rental and the host was great, we will definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

I love serving the public in any way I can to help them achieve their dreams as well as making their stay as comfortable as possible. I enjoy journaling, reading, snow skiing, jet skiing, lifting weights, running and competition sports shooting.

This neighborhood is WELL established with tons of fully matured trees, well established neighbors that are perfectly respectful and courteous towards each other. This neighborhood is full of restaurants, retail shopping, medical and only minutes to Texas Tech and Lubbock Christian University.

What makes this property unique

We have privacy curtains throughout the house. Our back patio has a full size hot tub outdoor furniture AND privacy curtains that fully surround the pack patio area. In our grass area we have our fire pit with weather resistant chairs, outdoor grill and plenty of room to set up the corn hole game.
