Nasty. Don’t stay here.
In my 40 years of traveling this has been the worst experience. I don’t know if it was because we were traveling with two dogs (who both had just had baths for the trip) but our room in building 7 was in bad shape. It was not clean. I didn’t want the dogs to walk around in there. The kitchen floor was sticky. The refrigerator was sticky and greasy. The carpet had major stains everywhere. My husband said it looked like a crime scene. The walls were drawn on. The smell of smoke was unreal.even after all the windows were wide open when we got there. The bed and bathroom were the only clean areas. At least I think they were clean. It made me wish I had brought my blue light so I could check. I wiped down all the things I knew we would touch with Lysol wipes and we even wiped the dogs paws off with the wipes too. My husband wished me good luck before he turned off the lights. It was 11pm when we got there and we were so tired from driving. We didn’t sleep we smelled cigarettes and heard every car and truck driving by on the highway. I brought everything we needed to make breakfast but after seeing the kitchen, we left to go find breakfast. Thank goodness we were only staying one night.
