Do NOT strip beds! Put ALL dirty towels on to wash! Start dishwasher! Remove all trash and put at end of driveway. AC on 76 or when cold heat on 68
No smoking indoors, near windows, or open doors. Evidence will incur an automatic $100 fine. Pick up all cigarette 🚬 butts-automatic fine of $100
No pets! ($100)No parties/events! No overnight guest not named on reservation. This will result in $50 fine and immediate eviction. This protects all!

We enjoyed this little place. The owner attended to our needs promptly when we had a question or an issue arise. I would recommend this place if you are staying in Pineville. It’s close to the interstate and hwy 165.

Spacious and good bang for your buck

Overall its a decent house. Plenty of room for traveling with a family. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to highway. There were a few maintenance issues, but nothing crazy. I would stay again, I think this property is priced right for the space.

Almost perfect

The house was perfect, with two exceptions, it’s sad to see the floor missed up in the kitchen. I took away from the greatness of the condition. I do understand that not the most caring people stay in the house sometimes. Weiman glass cook top cleaner works amazing on cleaning cooked food from flat top stoves, the house in general, was clean and we would recommend it anyone we know as a pleasant stay.
