Our Nest on Eagle Lake is a great spot to get away and enjoy all the lake activities that the beautiful MN summers & winters allow us to enjoy! Our 3-bed, 3 bath home welcomes you with an incredible view. Sit outside on the patio chairs and let the sunsets take your breath away. Enjoy the firepit outside or the two fireplaces inside along with the coffee bar, game table and two large living rooms. Take a walk or bike on the Glacier Lake Trail that starts just up the road!

Great Fall Get-Away!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly updated lakehome! The Keurig in the coffee nook was a nice touch and the owners even provided a selection of K Cups (it is way more common to have to bring your own). Hot tub was wonderful on a cool fall evening. My only suggestions would be on the lakefront side of the property. One of the adirondack chairs is in need of repair and the fire pit was inaccessible due to the dock being stored on the lower deck. Totally understandable for late season guests but would recommend a fire ring or portable fire pit on the grass. Thanks for the great hospitality!

With a little help

I hope the info I share helps you have many guests. Pulling up to the property , I was not impressed. 1st impression sticks with you! All around trash area was messy, weeds old stuff hanging around. Garage needs paint, looks junky The 18 inch entry walkway (already barely wide enough ) was overgrown with weeds. I spent an hour cutting back cleaning/gardening the walkway, removed dead plant at entry, embarrassing. This is where my guests would arrive, it was again embarrassing. I also cleaned/swept the front porch,windows, covered in months old webs and spiders. Back deck also hadn’t been swept in a long time, plants they’re also dead. When a guest pulls up you want them to smile, feel refreshed. I have rented appx 35 houses over the years. I have never stayed anywhere where coffee was the choice of the landlord. The kurgeg maker, provided only sugar laden flavored coffee. My husband was the only one who tried it ,he dumped it as it was beyond sweet. Diabetics don’t use sugar I had two in my party. It would suit more guest if they could make coffee the way they like it. Please provide a drip coffee maker minimum! 5-10$ at thrift store, or better yet a French press again 10$ at thrift store. The Kureg also binds guest to purchase specific pods yet another inconvenience. The dining table was laden with water spots, It had no elegance, felt like I was sitting at an unkept space. ( You can remove those spots with an iron and a towel ) the center piece, blocks the view.

Beautiful place and nice location

We really loved our stay in this house on Eagle Lake! The house was updated and furnished nicely. It was stocked with everything one would need. We enjoyed the fireplace and the fire pit. The view of the lake was perfect!

It has enough room for our entire family to stay, visit, escape and enjoy the best thing MN has to offer, the lakes! We enjoy the lake and outdoor areas all summer long and enjoy the 2 indoor fireplaces and games indoors all winter long!

What makes this property unique

The views from this house are the best! 2 bedrooms overlook the lake, the whole main living area overlooks the lake and there is ample seating outside that overlooks the lake! If the weather does not cooperate there is plenty of space inside for everyone and a large living room downstairs with a game table and TV as well! We hope you enjoy everything our Nest has to offer!
