The Palms is a calming haven in the heart of Norman.

We have two (2) king memory foam beds for a great night of sleep. Chill on the private back deck, grill out or hang out in the attached garage Game Room which boasts a 43" TV, a foosball table, board and card games and two (2) swing chairs.

While The Palms provides all you need for a calm and peaceful stay, you can still enjoy a night out into Main Street District, which is just a 0.9-mile walk away, towards great restaurants, bars, and shopping!

The space
The Palms weas designed to be a calming home away from home. The neutral palette throughout the home was intentional to make your experience a relaxing and calming one.

The Palms is an adorable two (2) bedroom, one (1) bath home in the heart of Norman. Both bedrooms have a king-size memory foam mattress, side tables, dressers, and closet. The living room has a (1) futon couch for an additional person to sleep on.

The back deck and attached garage Game Room make for a fun, laidback experience to gather with friends and family - whether playing games, grilling out, or relaxing on the custom deck under beautiful lighting. The Palms is meant to be part of your Norman experience and not just a place to lay your head at night.

We do NOT accommodate Early Check In's or Late Check Out's. This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the cabin in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding!
Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check In's and/or Late Check Out's will result in extra fees.

Guests will have full access to the property minus one (1) locked Owner's Closet.

Pets
We invite up to two (2) potty-trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you!
We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy cleanup.
We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.

We stayed here for a dog show at the Fairgrounds. Very good location - easy access. Safe neighborhood. Nice backyard to walk the dog. Cozy furnishings. Communication was very good. Highly recommend. We will stay here again when visiting Norman.

Norman New Years stay!

Taylor and Hilary were such great hosts! We had all the amenities we needed and everything was just as described. The king size beds are a huge bonus and our 14 yr old grandson slept on the sofa bed. The boys really enjoyed the rec space !

Beds were comfortable. Living room furniture was not. Bathtowels were thin and scratchy. Prefer cotton sheets on the bed. Location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Not walkable. Neighbors have alot of vehicles which were a bit difficult to manuever around, but doable. Neighborhood is quiet.

Loved the Decor! Modern and Fresh!

The interior is so charming. Everything looked just like the pictures. There didn’t appear to be any streetlights on the street where it was located, however, and it got rather dark at night. Still, the home security system was very reassuring. I think there may have been more games in the photos of the game room/garage than what we found when we arrived. But we still had a nice time.

Precious property!!

The cleanest house I’ve ever rented on VRBO!! Precious house, well stocked. It had everything needed to cook and bake. Ample towels and toilet paper available. Wifi was perfect. Neighborhood was quiet. Easy access to the interstate, and close to a gas station. One tiny thing of note: the curtains in the smaller of the two bedrooms really don’t really filter out any light, so be sure to bring an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. This was our first time in the area — we stopped by to visit our Oklahomies — but we’ll be back, and we’ll rebook this property.
