Cozy 4 Bedroom two miles from OU, Sleeps 10!

The Mod is a 'Designs by Davis' home, thoughtfully curated to bring you both the feeling of home as well as a fun midcentury modern vibe.

Located less than 2 miles from the OU Stadium and Campus Corner, The Mod provides a suitable location for all that the University of Oklahoma has to offer - while also providing a quiet and cozy atmosphere.

Bedrooms
• Master Bedroom
To the back of the home is the master bedroom - with a king sized memory foam mattress, and an attached private master bathroom and a closet. The blinds are perfect for a goodnight's sleep
• First Bedroom
Upon entrance to the main hallway, the first door to the right is where you'll find the first bedroom - with two bunk beds, and a mini-center lounging area for games or just hanging out with your bunk buddies.
• Second Bedroom
Down the hallway, you'll find yourself in our second bedroom, complete with a queen-sized memory foam mattress, a dresser, and a closet.
• Third Bedroom
If the first three bedrooms weren't enough, we have a fourth bedroom available down the hall - with another queen-sized memory foam mattress and closet.

Living Room
Our living room boasts a comfortable place to sit and/or sleep. The soft and spacious sofa provides room for a single sleeper.
Extra pillows, quilts, and throw blankets are provided!
• Entertainment
We have a smart TV that is provided for you during your stay! Simply, log in to your own streaming services and watch at your preference. Cable and local networks are not available.
If you want to unplug from technology, board games are available for you and your friends and family to play as well!

Bathrooms
We provide one (1) open bathroom at the end of the hall, and one (1) private bathroom attached to the master bedroom for your use.
We provide bathroom essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you prefer to bring your own, we have inset shelving for your products in both showers.
* Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets! We appreciate you complying!

Kitchen
• Amenities
During your stay, you will have full access to our electric stove, oven, a farmhouse style kitchen sink with a garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, and refrigerator. This kitchen comes equipped with plates, silverware, standard cooking ware, and children’s table wear (found in the drawers) as well as other cooking tools such as a blender, and a slow cooker.

Dining Area
Off the kitchen, you'll find our beautiful wood dining table, comfortable enough to seat eight (8).

Backyard and Patio
• Patio Dining Area
A backyard dining area is provided with enough room to seat six (6). A second seating area is provided for a calm and soothing patio moment.

Front Porch
For a second seating option on a sunny day, we provide two outdoor chairs on the front porch.

Pets
Our pet-friendly policy applies exclusively to dogs.
We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you!
We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up.
We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.
