Near “State St & N 120th St”, right off of I-680 Interstate (Irvington Exit). About 20 min drive from UNMC, Eppley Airfield Airport, and 30 min to Council Bluffs, less than 5 min to the nearest Walmart / Multiple Lakes / Gas Station and more.

Your place "400+ sq. ft." has a separate entrance from the backyard. We are a pet friendly as long as your pet is friendly and you clean up after them. We have 3 chickens, a cat and 1 child in the home.

The home has 1 dedicated full bathroom with shower, just for the guest so it's all yours. Your space comes with apartment size fridge, desktop computer, ice maker, hot/cold purified water cooler dispenser, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, massage chair, Amazon Alexa Smart Basement, 55 Inch Smart TV, and more.

Wonderful Stay!!

The stay was so nice!!! I felt like I was right at home the entire time, not to mention the beautiful backyard plus the massage chair ☺️ and the family was so welcoming and friendly!! it was a wonderful experience and i’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants a comfy place to relax in Nebraska :))

My stay with Prince and his family was most enjoyable. They made me feel totally comfortable in their home and were very kind to my dog. They responded quickly to any questions I had and were very helpful. Their home is in a friendly quiet neighborhood and there is a great playground with walking paths just minutes away. Very convenient to shopping and the interstate. I will definitely try to stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Advertised private walkout entrance and fenced yard. Dog friendly but they have chickens! My dog went crazy so we couldn’t enjoy the yard.Large room but very dark. No sink or hand wash in basement.

Very cute little spot. Had everything you could possibly need downstairs besides a bathroom but you could literally go up the stairs and it be at your disposal. The hosts were super friendly and told me good morning everytime I went up there which was super sweet! They had pumpkin spice coffee pods which was a plus! I’d stay there again. 😊
