Double Diamond Rentals - Modern Home For Travelers

Welcome to 19 Del Tara Drive, Jacksonville. Wow! Look at this completely remodeled split-level home. This beautiful fully equipped kitchen has granite tops, stainless appliances and a bar counter. Enjoy company in front of the fireplace. The main living room gives plenty of space to relax. Park your car in the oversized garage. Enjoy morning coffee on the back deck.
You are minutes to the Airforce Base, and quick access to I-67 will bring you down to the city in 20 minutes. Enjoy this quiet getaway, with nearby lakes and canoeing trails!

Dogs welcome, up to 3 dogs per stay. No other pets allowed, to include cats. See house rules for details.

The space
When you walk into this newly remodeled home, you will find all new furnishings. This is a split level with just a few steps leading up to the bedrooms and bathrooms, while a few steps down leads to the garage. There is a formal living room off of the dining area. You will find a second living area with couches and chairs surrounding the fireplace. The kitchen is large with all stainless appliance and granite counter tops. You have bar stools to eat and visit at the kitchen counter.
When you walk out back, you will find a deck with a dining area and chairs for lounging that overlooks the yard.
Go down a few steps and you will enter a large garage with a laundry area, perfect for parking most any vehicle.
A few steps up from the living room, you will find three large bedrooms, with dressers and closets. There are two full-sized bathrooms, one for the master suite and the other you will find in the main hallway.

Guest access
You have access to the entire home, garage and yard. You will have a private driveway that leads down to the garage.

I will be available to assist as needed. If you need anything to make it a comfortable stay for you, just ask!

Camera Location
The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. One camera is located in the front doorbell overlooking the front steps and driveway. The second camera is located to the right of the backdoor overlooking part of the deck and backsteps. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up/tamper with the exterior security cameras at any time.

Nice older home in a quiet neighborhood.

There are some steps up to and inside the home. May be harder for anyone with mobility issues. Home is well appointed and clean.

The pictures and the description shows this is a split level home, so a few steps up to the bedrooms, usually on average about four steps, not like a two-story. And few steps with a turn in the front door. This is not a single level home. I think it’s odd that I get four stars just because it’s not a single level home and I disclose that it is not a single level home. It is a beautiful home with a large garage that you also have to come up a few steps to the main level as it is a split level home. I highly recommend that if needing no stairs guests should never book any home that is not completely one level and make sure that they talk to the host to discuss if there’s any step in the home at all before Booking first. I just don’t think I should be penalized on the ratings for not being a single level home when it was very easy to see that in the listing and photos. I have many other homes in the area that is a single level home. I do this for a mixture as some people love the split levels and I have many options.

I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great and safe areas, that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all hospitals are within a short commute.

All of the homes are perfectly designed for Vacationers, travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have homes coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a home will have one. I’m always complimented on how nicely furnished these homes are, making it feel like a home away from home!
