Three apartments in the same complex (Tower A and B), facing Parque España, very stylish and ideal for families or large groups. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and work areas.

In total there are 9 beds, three beds per apartment (two single beds and one king bed), and each apartment can sleep 4 people.

The space was carefully designed so that you and your guests enjoy the greatest comfort and have an unforgettable time!

The building has 24-hour security, a gym and a roof top for common use where you can go up to work, hang out, go to the Jacuzzi, smoke and if you would like, have a barbecue or light the fire pit.

It is the trendiest neighborhood in Mexico City, where you have many things to enjoy, so you will never get bored. It is situated between Roma and Condesa; close to public transportation that takes you from the city center to the south of the city. You can walk everywhere, there are hundreds of restaurants, cafes and dozens of bars. You are also surrounded by art and culture.

Even if you are going to Av. Reforma or the Historic Center, you can do it on foot or on bike since it is very close and everything is connected.

You have access to the metro and metrobus about two blocks away. UNBEATABLE LOCATION! You can use this transportation to go to Coyoacán and farther away.

I also recommend using the public bike system called Ecobici, as it is very worthwhile to ride a bike around the city.

First time in Mexico City

The apartments were beautiful. Very modern and stylish. The area is perfect. The park is surreal and the restaurants, cafes, and bars are all walkable. The apartments are in two separate towers but are convenient if some members want privacy. I would book again.

Loved the apartment - location was great, nice and quiet neighborhood walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Only draw back was the lack of heating. It was very cold in the evenings and mornings. Otherwise, a great apartment!
