Easy self checkin, great location next to park and all the restaurants and quick walk to Roma Norte. Plenty of beautiful rooms and space for our group of 8. Would definitely recommend this place for any big groups.
This house was great for a group of 9 friends! Plenty of space on each floor, multiple spaces for playing cards, watching tv, enjoying a meal, etc. location is also absolutely fantastic! Great communication with the owner, they were so incredibly helpful our entire trip. Would love to stay here again.
Everything was great. We were a group of 8 for 3 nights and 10 for 2 of those nights and had plenty of space and everything we needed - could have done with some single beds rather than all doubles because some of the guests weren’t couples and all above 25 years old and mostly men … but it was still great and we figured things out. Nice big space upstairs to spend time together and close enough to where we wanted to go so we could walk.

Host interaction was disappointing and minimalWe were 4 couples in our 70s, but highly active. We were there for two weeks in early Jan. 2026We loved the location of the house, and the indoor plants were impressive, but there were several problems with the house and it's care and maintenance. The biggest problem was the lack of heat. There were 3 portable heaters that kept three of the bedrooms warm, but 3 other bedrooms had no heat at all. None of the public spaces had any heat at all. We could socialize in the salons by bringing up our heavy blankets. Fine for a ski lodge but inadequate for an intown house at this price point. None of the wall units could be made to work to heat the house. Safety issues- the only source of light up the stairs to the top floor was a single dim bulb. Several of our group had slips on those stairs.Fortunately no injury but scary descending the stairsAlso, there is no light at all in the entry vestibule, and again several of our group slipped on the front entry stairs to the sidewalk. The house itself seemed neglected. floors and cabinets in kitchen and bedrooms had fallen off their hinges. .Many exposed wiresThe safety issues were quite significant and all could be easily fixed but clearly had been left unaddressed for quite a while. Finally, internet contact was minimal during the day and unreliable even at night.
The property was in a great location in Condesa. Super walkable to nearby restaurants and parks. Great place for a homebase in CDMX. Third Floor has elements without a ceiling so there can be some dustier areas in the home. Some mosquitos on the third floor.

Great Location
Beautiful area of Condesa with lots of shops and restaurants and a fantastic bakery across the street. The house was not clean, everything covered in dust and the floors very dirty. We had to clean it ourselves.
Our family absolutely loved our stay at this breathtaking home—the photos just don’t do it justice! The spacious, beautifully decorated house was perfect for us, and its prime location made family walks and neighborhood explorations a delight. With a fantastic pizza restaurant next door, a nearby grocery store, and cozy spots for good coffee, everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The host was super responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions upon our arrival, making our entire experience smooth and memorable; we wholeheartedly recommend this home!

One did not work, the other blew up on Dec 23td, Two stove top with 5 burners all worked. Wshing machine and dryerperfect.
