GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY

This is a very, very nice apartment. Located in the middle of Florens, easy to reach all the attractions such as Ponte Vecchio (50 m), Uffizierna, Palazzo Pitti and the garden of Boboli. The apartment has everything, charm, all equipment you need and the manager is realy nice and helpful. We can realy recommend a visit here. /Ingemar and Margareta from Sweden

We absolutely loved our stay! This was such a wonderful location and set up. We had everything we needed and would spend the hottest part of the afternoons relaxing in the unit where we felt right at home. It was a quick 15 minute walk from the train terminal and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. A perfect stay, we would definitely recommend it!

We had a truly fantastic stay! We were only in Florence for two nights and would've loved to stay longer. This apartment was much larger than we expected, with a really lovely living area and a kitchen. I think if we had stayed longer we would've gone to the grocery store and cooked some fun meals at home. When we go back to Florence we will definitely want to stay here again. The elevator was also great so we didn't have to drag our luggage up flights of stairs and there is AC in the bedroom and the living area, which both work great!

Perfect Location

Loved this location, right in the middle of Florence, so easy to walk to everything. We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Very convenient to have a washing machine to do a couple of loads of laundry, great kitchen an living space. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely return!

Terrific apartment in a perfect Florence location. All the biggest sights as well as the train station are within a short walk. Host, Francesco was super! Super timely responses to a few questions. Helped us store our bags until we could check in and we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes when we arrived. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few meals we ate in. The lift is super handy as is the clothes washing machine. Francesco recommended the restaurant right next door (Osteria Del Cinghiale Bianco) and it was outstanding. We could not have found a better home to spend our last three days in Italy! Thank you Francesco!

Charming apartment in the heart of Florence

Francesco’s apartment was absolutely splendid! Not only, was it in the best area to stay in Florence (in my opinion), but it was also equipped for all your traveling needs. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had a lovely kitchen/dining room. The location is steps away from Ponte Vecchio and various fabulous restaurants. I could not recommend this accommodation enough!

Perfectly appointed and wonderful location!

We loved this apartment! Francesco has thought of everything to make your stay in this Florence apartment a wonderful experience. Check in and out was a breeze. The AC in the bedroom and living room works beautifully to cool the rooms. It was very warm at night (33 degrees) when we visited so the AC was so valuable! The decor is quaint and beautifully Italian, the bed is comfortable. We appreciated having the washing machine and the apartment was clean when we arrived! The location is fantastic to walk to all major sites and shopping. Francesco recommended a grocery store just minutes from the apartment and we ate in the apartment for several meals. We had everything we needed. Thank you Francesco!

We stayed in the Apartment for 4 nights and loved it. It had everything you could want including a washing machine and still you were in the historic part of Florence. I highly recommend staying here

Beautiful Place

Francesco was a very good host, very communicative and helpful. His place is located right in the heart of town, and it's very clean as well. Great place to stay, I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here.
