This location was exactly as listed. The owners were very accommodating. The loft was very clean and close to various restaurants and entertainment downtown. Would book again in the future.

Amazing place

Loved the location and style of the condo. Was amazing. Had a hiccup because of previous renter - owner was communicative and professional about it. Would be 5 stars otherwise. Great place!

Walk to everywhere downtown!

If you’re looking for a place in downtown Memphis for a couple or a small group/family, look no further. This is a perfect, quiet location within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. The loft was clean and had basic amenities. Ashley, the host was very responsive and helpful with any communication.

Property was great with a good location. Ashley was great to deal with. The only issue was the previous guess had smoked in the apartment and the whole place smelt of cigarettes as a non smoker I found this not a great experience.
