The Modern Okie is situated in the heart of Oklahoma City with easy access to the airport, interstate, shopping, dining, and much more. Comes equipped with high-speed WiFi and modern newer build with a terrific open layout, office work space, 4 spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to indulge in much-needed caffeine with the coffee bar, enjoy a hot tea, or coco with the provided hot water kettle. With the ninja blender whip up a fresh smoothie or happy hour frozen cocktail. Primary suite features blackout shades, large closet, jetted tub to relax. All bedrooms have maximized space and feature built in drawers on the beds. It’s located about 15 minutes away from the heart of Downtown and neighboring districts, and it’s a prime spot for DoorDash deliveries and Uber drivers. Here for a longer stay? No worries full size washer/dryer available, along with ironing board, etc. If a night in with family/friends is what you need, Modern Okie offers games, puzzles, 50’ tv with Hulu provided access.

We had a great stay here! Everything was exactly as listed. The place was very clean and had everything we needed for a football weekend. Our only suggestion would be to put up more hooks for towels in the bathroom or bedrooms.

Thanksgiving with Mom

We wanted a place to celebrate Thanksgiving with my mom who is in assisted living in OKC. The house had plenty of room, was a great place for preparing and serving food, and very comfortable to sit and visit! Most importantly, my mom gave it a thumbs up!

Weekend stay with family

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was perfect for our family who was in town for a track meet in Yukon. The neighborhood is quiet and it is close to many places to eat and things to do. Loved the space - the dining room was perfect for our 8 guests, the bedrooms were nice size, the beds were comfortable, linens were nice and we loved that there were TVs in all rooms. Any questions we did have were quickly answered by the owners, which was wonderful! We would absolutely recommend this to others and would stay here again if back in the area!
