Everything was good. But it was small things like burnt out light bulbs, no Kleenex, back yard not appealing to go to the hot tub, leaves on the balconies, cobwebs in the windows, no light down at the laundry and a dead mouse by the washing machine. Floor was super cold in the downstairs bathroom and the light would flicker in same bathroom. Great location! Bed clean. Lots of room!

This place had everything we needed. Very cozy. Very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each day and everything this house offers. We will definitely come back to this place if we're back in Oklahoma City again.Great host!

Perfect place for a girls weekend!

I was truly impressed with how quickly the host had responded to our needs. While staying at the home the host was invested in our comfort and was available. The home was spacious and cozy, it definitely felt like a home away from home.

Home is decorated and updated very tastefully and just as described in the VRBO listing. Owner responded to all inquiries very quickly. It was just my wife and I but home is very spacious and setup well for more people and everyone still have their own space

A beautiful experience

The location was simply amazing and the clear communication with the house manager made everything a breeze. The house was clean from top to bottom and allowed for multiple places to gather within the house both inside and outside. The fully stocked kitchen was an amazing asset for preparing the meals throughout our stay. Everyone in my party enjoyed it so that by the end of the first night they were asking when we could book it again. It was a great house and I look forward to having my next gathering at this location.

Very pretty historical home that’s been remodeled to a modern style. Beryl is a great host. Stairs are a little steep and unsteady, scary for older or babies. & the kids loft is on the third/4th floor up the steepest flight of stairs, so a tad nerve wrecking. & the hammock is uneven & will DUMP you out. Haha. But still a beautiful home. Nothing to complain about, kitchen is beyond beautiful. Back yard hang out area is awesome. Reccommend a stay here

Nice Property

House was well-kept, clean, beds were comfortable and linens were nice. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt quite at home. Kitchen is well stocked but if all our cousins had come, we would have been short on plates, etc. Nice utensil drawer and pots and pans. Loved the backyard even though it was raining. We enjoyed the lights out back and looking at the nice furniture. :) Appreciated the owners attention to our call regarding lights and fans. The amenities in the bathrooms were nice (toothbrushes, soaps, toothpaste, etc). Only suggestions we have are to have wash clothes, hairdryers and ice. Thank you for sharing your home!

Didnt even get out of the uber

In a terrible area, the neighborhood is a mess. We rented the property originally to host business associates and clients for meetings during a conference. When I called the owners they said "its not our fault for how the neighborhood looks" I asked for a refund and I was ignored, told to "search google maps for a more accurate description of the property" the pictures were not of the front of the house.

We booked for 9 guests and there was only a small round table with 3 chairs for eating. The table was filthy, rug under the pool table was dirty, floors and stairs were not mopped. The outside trash bins were overflowing and the neighbors and dogs ravaged through the trash while we watched from the window. The back yard (where we planned on spending most of our time) was covered in weeds. We never received the email with entry instructions. Neighborhood didn’t look safe, was run down.

We love the ease of accessibility to local restaurant and bars and would love to share this hidden gem with the VRBO community! This historic Villa was built in 1912 and received a new facelift in 2022!

What makes this property unique

Our home was recently renovated with a newly designed chef's kitchen, newly updated bathrooms throughout, a new roof, new windows, new doors, updated foundation and still retains its original flooring from 1912!
